The room was disgusting burn marks everywhere but it was suppose to be non smoking the carpet was full if burn hole along with the covers on the bed . The bathroom had fixtures missing and a cracked toilet. The front desk manager was rude and condescending. He threaten to call the police , like I was afraid of the police . He was controlling and not understanding to my situation. You use the elevator to go to the floor and you were frighten by the dirt and nasty of the walls and carpet everything needs to replaced and painted. This guy is cheap a ND does not care about the place. Don't stay here unless you just don't have a place to go. Not worth the experience if being in a trap house. I was not pleased at all.

After a ten hour drive I was willing to settle for almost anyplace with a bed; and anyplace is how I would rate this hotel. The mattress cover was worn and torn. The bathroom wall had holes in it. The HVAC control was broken. The light fixture had a missing shade. The hall access security door was broken. I could go on but you get the idea.

I concur with all of the reviews so far. The older gentleman at the desk was rude and when I asked about my reservation, he walked away said he had to go to the bathroom and told the younger gentleman (who was very pleasant) to handle it. The security door was broken, bathroom had holes in the wall, my room backed up to a dumpster which I'm pretty sure had a few bodies in it. The actual room looked like a crime scene. I quickly turned back around and requested a refund, to which the older gentleman asked in an irritated tone, "What is the issue!" I couldn't believe that kind of dysfunction and filth was normal for him. I said, "It's dirty, it's not safe and I would be better off sleeping in my car!"

It is horrible. We went by the pictures and when we got there OMG. It was a dump. Do not stay there. The outside was not taken care of and the lobby area was not cleaned by no means. If you call a third party to book, cancel immediately.

This place is beyond disgusting! The 1980's TV did not work. The A/C was loud and also about 40 years old. The first room we had did not have a toilet seat! Seriously! The grounds were weed-infested and there are plenty of Cockroaches for your pleasure! The staff is disgusting and nasty! Oh and old torn about curtains in all rooms. Many rooms were empty and being fixed or something. It was 90 degrees and the doors were open! Do not stay here unless you enjoy suffering and pain. Absolute garbage!

The staff was as rude and disrespectful as the roaches that met us at the door. This place should be closed down for safety and sanitary purposes. It is a nasty, roach infested place. I would not send my worst enemy there to stay.

My first impression on entering the “Tower” building (separate from the registration/lobby building) was that it smelled like a substandard old folks home occupied exclusively by crazy cat ladies! That was before entering the stairwell - it was infinitely worse! One flight was my limit and that left me gagging. The room was rank but not as bad as the hall. I tried to air it out by running the fan, but discovered that actually made it worse. Left ten hours later with a headache which has lasted thirty hours so far. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The place was renovated, but after staying there I wonder what the owners repaired or replaced. This place need work, the owner/s need to invest into this property. Stop over charging customers in "the Pursuit of Greed," and get this hotel looking and operating more like a 3 star hotel, not a 1 star. Also, online pictures denote a bar at the hotel. Fake, there is no bar at this hotel.

I thought surely the reviews cant be right, Im sure the issues have been addressed. Nope. Aside from the dirt and odor, our biggest problem was a safety issue. A door to the outside was propped open. I removed the prop but the door still opened from the outside. If there had been anywhere else to go, we would have been gone. Walls were grimy, bar inside shower was broken, no remote in our room (that issue was addressed). Don't stay here trying to save a buck. Your safety is too important!
