Wonderful place with very welcoming owners/hosts. Gorgeous rooms, fantastic location on a quiet street in a cute small town. Lovely upstairs porch. Large, delicious breakfast included. Savings available mid-week.

spent 3 nights over July 4. The inn was very nice. Our room was comfortable. The common area porch on the second floor was delightful. The indoor common areas are small, tho. I did not care for the outdoor common area-needs work to make it more inviting. The bar, also cozy, was wonderful. The bartender was outstanding. We spent a...

All the comments we read before booking were on the mark. Jordan and Alice have done an amazing job at making this a perfect haven. The entire staff is there for your every need. Room 6 on the top floor had a little sitting room perfect for TV or reading. Free wifi is a plus. The breakfasts were amazing with...

We had a wonderful stay at the Bartlett Pear Inn to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the real highlight was dinner in the inn's restaurant. I believe it was one of the very best meals I have ever eaten. Every bite was so amazing I had to sit and savor it before taking...

We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights at the Bartlett Pear Inn. Our host, Jordan, who not only owns the inn, but also serves as head chef in the restaurant, was extraordinarily hospitable. He was friendly and utterly unpretentious; we enjoyed long chats with him at breakfast and in between sightseeing ventures. He and the other staff members went out of...

We just returned home from our stay at The Bartlett Pear and every aspect of it was wonderful. We were greeted outside by the friendly concierge and owner and immediately felt welcome. Once inside the inn is beautiful!! A lovely restaurant and bar are on the first floor. Our room was the Seckel pear on the third floor. Loved the...

Our friends were getting married down the block at the Tidewater Inn, so my husband and I decided to make a little weekend getaway out of it. We stayed in the Seckel Room and really enjoyed our stay. The entire staff were extremely helpful and made sure that our every need was met. Our room had everything you would need...

We were initially introduced to The Bartlett Pear Inn by friends of ours two years ago on our Anniversary. This Anniversary we stayed over night and had another excellent dinner. The service from the moment we arrived to when we departed was excellent. The preparation of the dishes were perfect and the presentation beautiful. The wine list is very well...

We stayed at the Bartlett Pear Inn for a birthday get away weekend. From the first moments walking in until our breakfast and check-out, we were treated well and felt special. The five course tasting menu and wine pear was perfectly prepared and the service during dinner (and our entire stay) was flawless. We'll definitely be back again and again...

We stayed in Room #1, because it had a queen bed and overlooked the garden. The color scheme and furnishings were lovely; the location was quiet. (The room didn't face the street and there was a large linen storage area between us and the next room.) Staff were welcoming and gracious. Dinner (chef's 5-course selection menu w/ wine pairing) was...
