Location Location Location. It's very easy to get to the metro then on to D.C. From there. A little pricey. But clean and safe. Would definitely stay again when visiting this area. Staff were helpful. Bathrooms clean. Quite easy to get around in. Even has a shuttle bus to take you to the metro if you don't won't to pay...

RV park approx 45 mins from Capitol. City buses, tour buses avail, will drive u to Union Station. RV Gravel sites, not level, RV park surrounded by two freeways, lots of traffic noise. Outdoor pool closed in winter. Indoor jacuzzi spa not working, indoor sauna clean, in working order. Bathrooms are dated, but clean. 3 showers and 4 toilets available....

You will be surprised at how peaceful and serene this campground is, even though you are just a short train or bus ride away from touring D.C. The grounds are clean and well kept and the amenities are a plus! We enjoyed the space of the campsites, pool and hot tub.

My husband and did a 9000 miles National Parks trip I'm our RV this summer, staying in various facilities. None came close to Cherry Hill Park on our recent trip to DC. The staff was courteous, the bathrooms were new and clean, the hot tub was a good temperature, and the sauna actually worked. The Wi-Fi was strong. TV reception...

Nice park - everything was clean a whistle. We picked Cherry Hill based on its proximity to the Metro. The bus connection comes to the park; but, it is a 30 minute ride to the Metro station. A cab to the Metro is $15 including tip and takes about 15-20 minutes.

Writing this review before we even leave the area to go visit the Capitol. When researching for an RV spot close to D.C. this one kept coming up. We are Very Pleasantly surprised. It is Very clean and well maintained. Visiting here in November we were expecting it to be quiet and pretty much shut down, but other than the...

We stayed here for 2 nights. The campground is very nice with lots of amenities. Friendly staff, nice pool, easy bus ride to Washington...but if you're tenting you're stuck in a section of the campground very close to the interstate. The roar of traffic all night isn't conducive to sound sleep.

This a great RV experience. The park is located close to DC and has transit service and Grayline tour pickups in the park. The staff are very knowledgeable about the many attractions in the area, it's very clean with garbage and recycling bins located thru out the park. The site we had had is somewhat compact which is understandable. We...
