I stayed for the first time from 6/5 2021- 6/9/2021, had a great stay.. The room we had was clean and sunny, comfortable beds and luxury snow white linens.. gave such and airy feel. The bathrooms were oversized ..very clean stocked with thick towels for us.They are still not comfortable with maid service in rooms due to covid, so you simply call the desk with any requests for items you need in the room, such as fresh towels or any toiletries and they deliver to your door. Vicki was so sweet, helpful and just a pleasure to meet, all of the staff was friendly and could not have been more accomodating to our needs. I will definately return!

New to York Beach is the York Beach Residence Club (2017). They offer condos for rent with the added benefit of daily housekeeping and rooftop ocean view deck! The best of renting a place with a kitchen, combined with some hotel amenities. Really nice place that you can rent for couples or families, as there are multiple size units to choose from. Just bring your clothes and food if you want to save and cook "at home" vs having to eat out every day. Very clean and in a perfect location in downtown York Beach across from Short Sands Beach. So relaxing on the rooftop deck in their comfy chairs.

This is an excellent vacation property. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The property is clean and quiet (we were in a 1-bedroom unit facing towards the rear of the building). The room was very well equipped with great beds, linens, etc. The location is directly across the street from the beach and just down the street from York's Wild Kingdom. In November the town is very quiet and many businesses are closed, but during most of the year it looks like there are lots of services nearby. Great location for site seeing and walking.

We had a great time, the room was very new and bright. We loved the trundle bed option, it was comfy and easy to tuck away. The kitchen area was the perfect size and bathroom was huge. They have a restaurant downstairs that has a unique Italian menu (yum) and a gift shop- super convenient.

I was able to score the first weekend of summer at this practically brand new building (opened 2017) They didn't allow early check-in but let us arrive around noon to get our key card and use the free parking about a 2 minute walk from the building. Check-in was pretty smooth they have a couple 15 minute parking spots in front of the building to bring up your bags after check-in before you have to move your car back to the gated lot. The staff where all very warm and friendly and where on a first name basis with many of the guests. We LOVED the 2 bedroom corner unit on the 4th floor. It was so spacious and clean and had amazing views of Short Sands and Main St. The Kitchen was well stocked. Cuisinart appliances with everything in great condition. the 2 ADA compliant bathrooms equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. The bedrooms where large with comfortable clean beds with nice views from every window, and huge closets throughout the unit. The location of this property is so perfect. Easy walking to everything, and you can even hear the live band from the nearby restaurants from your balcony. Their is also a small indoor salt water pool and Jacuzzi with fluffy pool towels for guests to use as well as a small gym room. I will defiantly stay here again.

Several things bothered me. First I booked room from there website and after doing so a few days later received and email stating they were offering an10% discount in rooms. I called to ask them to give me the discount and they said they could not as I hadn’t booked for their website which made no sense. I was also a returning customer from the prior season. The website said valet parking and there was none! There was also no help with luggage. You are on your own for over $500 a night. The bathroom tubs had no mats and they were very slippery, dangerous for older and even younger people. The room had no iron or ironing board. You had to call and request one and in our case we had to wait until they could actually locate where the iron and board were. There were four of us and the toilet paper in the bathroom had what was left on the roll from prior guests and an extra. We asked for more toilet paper and all they did was replace the roll and leave the same extra. This was unacceptable especially since there is no one covering the front desk at night so again any problems like needing more toilet paper you are on your own. I have stayed at other resorts for the same price and some very close to it. Even though they they have less space they still had all the other things this place did not. My friends and I are unsure if we will repeat this stay again next season.
