USA INN is conveniently located in the beach resort town of Wells, Maine on the Southern Maine coast. We are minutes from Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, York, Portland and Portsmouth. There are several beaches in Wells, and other beaches in the neighboring resort towns. There are 7 miles of oceanfront in Wells, most of it sandy beach. Along the shore are rocky ridges and tidal pools. Children can play in the warm puddles around the large rocks. Young and old enjoy exploring for marine life among the ledges.

The room and linens were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there weren’t any amenities in the Inn. The floor had been redone with some type of laminate that creaked loudly with every single step. The location in the center of town was perfect 🤩

Everything was bad. The smell in the room with the carpets, the shower that doesn't really run but also accumulates in the bath, all the drapery in the bed is really disgusting, it's really not clean. But Especially the manager. Don't even think about having fun there - it's forbidden. He never smiles, he just looks at his cameras to watch people. When we ask for something, for example 2 extra towels because we've booked for a family of 4, he gives them without saying a word. The price is really exaggerated for the whole hotel....never go there.

Old and Just ok no amenities at all. Kinda smelly Beds were awful. Got an ok rate but it wasn’t even worth it. Front desk told us only one room available but then we saw others after us getting rooms. Would never stay again.

We stayed for 2 nights. We paid for 3 people and was given 2 sets of towels. When we went to ask for another set we were told we already have towels. He was not happy giving us another set of towels. The room as not cleaned on the second day. We had the same towels as the night before and the beds sheets were not changed or made . When we brought it to the attention of the manager(same guy) the said “ I don’t know anything about that” when we asked for coffee we were told we had to pay for it. The owner does not care about the reviews or the customers. They don’t have to they have a great location. The response to all the unhappy customers are the same. It’s a shame that they can treat their customers with such disrespect and get away with it. If they had to refund unhappy customers, they would be broke and coffee would be complimentary every day not just on the first day. …

There was mold on the shower curtain, holes in the screen, holes in the ceiling and WiFi didn’t work for our whole stay. This motel needs to get some renos. Very disappointed we will never go back there

Room was clean and modern. Plenty of outlets air conditioning was great. Easy access on route 1. Nice central location for food and shopping . I would definitely stay here again.Nice new floors ,plenty of channels to watch on tv.Parking right outside door.

Website shows beautifully renovated rooms which is a lie because we were placed in a filthy looking room with a bad smell. The fridge was yucky the room was dusty the carpets were filthy. Its wrong to advertise a remodel when the entire inn has not been renovated.

Clean, comfortable room! We ere in the annex, on the side overlooking the parking lot. Some noise from people yelling to each other, but otherwise a quiet stay. Perhaps a few signs to remind people to respect the rest of others would be order? Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay-thank you!

Nice rooms with a good location. I really don't appreciate so many emails and texts before and after my visit however. I truly felt harassed. The reservation process shouldn't result in multiple follow-up messages.
