Our go to hotel when in the Wells/Ogunquit area. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Our check in, front desk greeter, Dave, was very courteous. Had a good stay. The morning breakfast was hot and adequate!

This is one of the best Hampton Inns I have ever stayed at. The front desk staff was above and beyond the average front desk personnel. The room was decorated better than most 4 star hotels and location is great and quiet. I would recommend this hotel and hope to return again.

We started our trip in August and we ended it the end of the first week in September for a three week adventure. Our first night of our vacation in Maine was with full intention to stay in Bangor. When we reached Ogunquit/Wells area we were exhausted and just could not continue. We stopped in at the Hampton Inn & Suites and Kit was able to accommodate us for the next two nights with out a reservation. It was the easiest check in ever. This was our first visit to this area. We visited the lighthouse and saw as much of the area as we could, it was amazing. The staff was a big help in recommending places to see, things to do and where to eat. The food was great at the Maine Diner. Fantastic pizza across the street too, a must when visiting this area. We thank you Kit for your excellent customer service, we don't know what we would have done without your patience and service. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast always fresh, hot, delicious and ample. Great coffee! Because of all of the above we made reservations for two additional nights for the return trip. Thank you Hampton Inn staff.…

They handled a bus group like real pros! Key packs were ready. Luggage was handled quickly with care, Hotel was clean, great indoor pool with good hours. Breakfast was good and well stocked and staff was wonderful. We couldn't ask for more and will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful room. Had a slight issue when we first checked in - the trash wasn’t taken removed from previous person’s stay, But the night manager was fantastic. Everything was removed promptly, and our stay was fantastic. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, shower was nice, a/c worked well.

I can’t say enough about this place! After a last minute issue with another hotel, I was lucky enough to get a room here. The front desk staff were amazing! They made me feel welcome and recommended a few local places for dinner. My room was perfect! Exceptionally clean and comfortable, at a great rate. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Great option to stay out of town or if booked up. Quick ride to town . Nice new clean quiet rooms good breakfast to start the day . If I can’t find a place in town this is a great option and even save a few bucks

The Hampton Inn & Suites Wells-Ogunquit far exceeded our expectations and has set the bar high! Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were kind and welcoming. Our room was immaculate, smelled fresh and clean upon arrival and throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable with ample pillows. The refrigerator was sufficient to hold leftovers and stayed cold. The bathroom was super clean with ample room, the only issue was the slow draining shower which seems to be the norm, (we have never experienced a hotel that did not have a slow draining shower). Breakfast every day was a wonderful assortment of eggs/meat/potatoes options changed daily. Belgium waffles, bagels, toast, pastries, cereals, fruit (apples & bananas), yogurt and coffee or juice. The pool/Jacuzzi area was large and clean! There is a seating area with picnic tables and chairs outside which was kept clean and a business center with multiple computers for use for the duration of our stay. The exercise room offered sufficient equipment. The location of the hotel was a plus, centrally located between Wells beach and Ogunquit Beach, both only a 10 min drive, which most days felt much shorter. Overall we had an amazing stay and look forward to returning in the near future! We are recommending Hampton Inn & Suites Wells-Ogunquit to all of our family and friends!…
