Clean, conveniently located, no frills hotel. Everyone that worked there that we encountered was very nice and helpful. There are some noise issues as it is close to the highway and a busy commercial road. Water pressure in the shower is a bit weak. Could use some additional hooks in the bathroom.

My husband and I stayed here on 06/25-06/27. Hubby has an amputation so needs a handicapped bath/shower. Their website states there is a roll in shower, Not so. They did not have any shower chairs or benches. Disappointed to say the least. One of light fixtures not working, nothing done about it. Only 1 chair in room so one of us had to sit on bed to watch TV. They advertised breakfast included. I don't feel coffee and instant oatmeal is breakfast. The bed was comfy. The location is good. Will not recommend.

The Elmwood is a tremendous value. Our welcome was friendly and efficient. The room was clean, updated, and very comfortable. The location is convenient to downtown and Colby and shopping and eating. Highly recommend!
