Seven-room b&b in downtown Waterville. Non smoking, which is good. Our room was pretty small (on par with hotel rooms in older buildings in Europe), but clean. The breakfast was a disappointment, though. The owner sets out dry cereal, cut fruit, English muffins, pb and jam, tea bags, and carafes of hot coffee, but he rarely shows himself and there...

This B&B is indeed pleasant and so is Pleasant St. The interior was immaculate. Off street parking. Our twin bedded room was a little tight on space, but had a clean private 3 pc. bathroom and amenities such as an ironing board, TV, DVD player, night light, desk, cupboard, storage units, luggage rack. Everything thoughtfully provided. Our hosts were not...

This place was beyong immaculate ! You truly could have eaten off the floors - it all was so squeaky clean ! And fresh and crisp decor too throughout ! We stayed here for an overnight when we came to visit the art museum at Colby. Previous reviews had mentioned the "phantom" hosts so we didn't didn't know what to...

This is a good option if you are in the area. Clean, efficient. The beds in the twin room are not so great. Would opt for a different room if I was to go back. Its very convenient to downtown and great walking guides left by the owners.

Arrived here for a night just before a Colby College tour. I haven't met the owners face-to-face yet, but I arranged the reservation online and later called to say we would be arriving late. The owner was very gracious and left our key waiting for us. The house is very, very well maintained, and the serve-yourself breakfast was full of...

We couldn't have been more pleased with this immaculately clean inn. The innkeepers pay great attention to detail with lots of tasteful signs to form you of what you need to know. The people who run this place respect your privacy but are available if needed. We took full advantage of their walking route book and lovely garden where you...

To me the most noteworthy aspect of this B & B is the complete lack of contact with the proprietor. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an envelope with our name on it. It contained the room key with which we found our room and let ourselves in. For breakfast, all the food was laid out (nothing special except the...

Clean, quiet, comfortable, & cared-for. These are innkeepers who know how to create a restful experience for the guest (ahhhhh.....) So much more peaceful than 9 out of 10 recent B&B experiences here in Maine.

We did a one night pit stop here on our way north to PEI. Place is in good order, clean and we had a nice room. Breakfast is self serve in the kitchen available to you all the time. The owners choose to make themselves invisible here, a little odd but not really a problem. Located near Colby college were...

Had a great stay at this nice B&B which was walking distance to downtown Waterville. Nestled in town, the rooms were quiet, extremely clean, the kitchen was spacious and can be used for lunch or dinner. Breakfast is provided and space is convenient. Highly recommend staying here if you find your self in Waterville, ME looking for a quiet comfortable...
