My husband and I stayed at the Inn for our anniversary, and we had a wonderful time. The innkeepers were friendly, warm, gracious, and informative. They were very welcoming and made us feel at home. We enjoyed their afternoon treats and delicious breakfast. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. We liked Southwest Harbor more than Bar Harbor....

We visited Southwest Harbor and spent 2 nights at this beautiful inn. Dora greeted us like old friends, and Daniel worked his culinary magic every morning! Dora and Daniel are first- rate inn keepers and made our stay a memorable one... No request was too much for them.... The cookies at the end of the day were a delicious treat...

Our trip started off earlier than expected and our arrival time was earlier as well. No problem for them, as they had the room ready and waiting when we arrived. Fabulous breakfast and homemade snacks during the day. Wonderful innkeepers who are now new found friends. Can't wait to go back again.

Innkeepers Dora and Daniel made us feel, not like we were on a vacation, but that for the rest of our lives we had been away on a long trip, and now we had finally come home. Food was excellent - we hiked every day and still think we gained weight from the wonderful food! No need to eat lunch...

The Inn at Southwest wasn't the surprise. Rather, it was the fun, spirited, young innkeepers who were the icing on the cake. The B&B itself was immaculate and very comfortable. Daniel and Dora were dream hosts, warm, energetic and welcoming. And the food was delicious and imaginative. For our first breakfast we had spiced pear with a dollop of whipped cream...

Dora and Daniel made us feel right at home, from accommodating our unexpectedly late check in to providing helpful hiking and restaurant recommendations and going out of the way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The room was nicely appointed with a large and comfortable King bed. Daniel's breakfasts were amazing - two courses, tons of food, creative...

Dora and Daniel were wonderful hosts at this historic, comfortable, centrally located inn. We enjoyed superb breakfasts (and fresh evening marble brownies) - Daniel is an impressive chef - cozy rooms, and pleasant public spaces, including a great porch and outdoor fire pit. Will plan a return visit!

Wonderful hosts could not have been more helpful or welcoming. We had some excellent breakfasts during our travels but this one topped them all!! The afternoon cookies also out shone any others we had had. The room itself was modest but comfortable, clean and exactly what we expected. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We were greeted warmly on arrival by Dora who immediately made us feel at home. She provided great recommendations on what to do and where to eat. Our room was amazing, very comfortable bed in a bright and cheerful room. Afternoon chocolate chip cookies and lemonade were a great surprise. Breakfast was fantastic with Daniel providing delightful pears in marscarpone...
