Funny, as i read the other reviews here, i guess im the oddball. i LOVED that we were left alone in this house overnight. Our needs were met and exceeded, and if we needed anything, help was just a phone call away. Where else in Northern Maine can you escape and feel miles away like this? CLEAN, PROMPT, EXCEPTIONAL HOSPITALITY, WARM,...

My husband and I have always had a thing for B&B’s. The Four Season’s Inn of Soldier Pond would sit near the top of any listing for elite B&Bs or Boutique Hotels. The building and décor are amazing. I am not sure why they bring you in through the kitchen. It is the only room in the house that is...

I was quite upset within the first 30 minutes of my stay. I did not get the room I asked for (no one stayed in it the four nights I was there), though I got over it. I had no bathroom amenities, but found 2 lotions, 1 conditioner and a bar of soap in the cupboard under the sink. There...

Thank you for your stay here at Four Seasons Inn. We are sorry that we were not able to upgrade you to our Jacuzzi Suite at the time you stayed. It was my understanding that you asked for our service provider not to come into your room for service . We are more than happy to help you again and...

Not exactly what they claim. There was no one to welcome you. The kitchen had a greasy stove top and sink with food remains in the drain. The refrigerator was dirty and floor sticky. Plus the breakfast was not gourmet, just bacon and eggs etc. The rooms were beautifully furnished except for the cleaning. Thank goodness there was not much...

The statement filthy kitchen / spider webs.. everywhere is just not accurate . Four Seasons Inn has served the St. John Valley traveler for sometime now...

We attended a wedding at the church next door and could only stay for one night, but we will be back. The room was pretty and the whole place full of interesting things, including antique books scattered about for the guests' enjoyment. The jacuzzi was like a small swimming pool! I loved that I could adjust the bubbles from lava...
