Low cost should not include a lot of owner-generated noise (from 4-6 pm on Sunday of a holiday weekend--lawnmower buzzing away near windows; construction underway just outside back window--loud nailing). If renovating, close down! Toddlers crying on one side of thin wall (young families seem to live there); loud TV on other side. Stained rug & sheets. We skimped on...

For $75 for a night during Memorial Day weekend in MidCoast area I shouldn't complain. So I'm grateful because it was last minute but I was disappointed. We had stayed there a few years ago and we travel/have family in the area so we were familiar with it. The rooms were more like units and we were connected so we...

Wife and I stayed here over Thanksgiving, 2015. Our room (11) while not huge, was enough. It was clean and tidy. The bathroom had a tub/shower combo, lots of hot water with little wait, plenty of towels, and was also clean. Two double beds, both mattresses were firm as we prefer, sheets were clean, and there were extra blankets. Heater...

We read unfavorable reviews and were pleasantly surprised to find that we had a good stay. The room was clean, warm, lots of hot water, decent towels, comfortable beds. The staff bent over backwards to be helpful. Yes, the furniture was out dated but for the price the room was very good value.

Definitely not anything special, but that was fine for me as I only needed a place to sleep at night. The room was smaller than I expected, but it served its purpose. The room smelled a little like mildew, but non-the-less seemed clean. The TV was pretty small, but still not a big deal as I hardly used it. Not...

I stayed here because it was getting late and the other hotels I was interested in had no vacancy. It is an old-style motel, which is fine with me, but it desperately needs a serious cleaning and refurbishing, if not an entire renovation. My room smelled horrible and the carpet was very stained. The bathroom was very dimly lit. It...

I have stayed here several times, and this time by far was the best. Hotel has just changed owners and I understand a major renovation is in the works. As a woman travelling alone I am always security conscious. Felt safe and secure. Great location close to all the Rockland/Camden area has to offer, new manager could not have been...

Had stayed here a few years ago(under previous ownership)so knew what to expect. Vintage furnishings but comfortable. Missing some basic items you come to expect such as tissues and a hair dryer. The A/C unit was very noisy, WiFi was not working, and dogs in an adjacent unit were barking most of the night.

We arrived late afternoon without a reservation and were quickly checked in. Very friendly gentleman at the desk. Our room was spotlessly clean and very adequate. The bed was comfortable and the location was quiet. A light breakfast and coffee was served in an area beside the check in desk . It would have been nice if instead of the...

Pleasantly surprised with this little find!! Not the Taj-ma-hall, but we weren't looking to pay $$$$$!! I didn't get to meet the owners, my Fiancé' tells me they are very nice and accommodating! We are here for one more night... Sooo glad I found this very reasonably priced little spot for such a busy holiday weekend!! 😎
