We spent one night here during off season. The price was great. That being said the carpet was frayed and the furnishings were tired but the room was clean, bed was comfy and the people were nice. We had an ocean view with a balcony and the view was amazing. The signs say they are in the midst of remodeling...

With so many motels on the mid-Maine coast, it's difficult to choose. This place is always our choice when attending the North Atlantic Blues Festival in nearby Rockland every near in July. Very clean and comfortable. Upgraded facilities. Property borders right on the bay. Sunrise views. Balconies. Friendly staff.

Have stayed at this motel several times. Always clean, rates are decent in all seasons and the view is great. Noticed small improvements with new management (new tv, updated fixtures, etc). We will continue to stay here when in the area.

We enjoyed our one night stay here. Everything seemed pretty clean other than some stains on the carpet and chairs. The bed was clean and comfortable. The view from the room was beautiful. You can see the bay from every room. The rooms definitely could use some updating but that was our only complaint. They did have a mini fridge...

A quick one night stay at the hotel. Great location and views but the hotel needs to be updated and they are in the process of doing so (so expect early morning construction). When we arrived the parking lot was torn up and was full of construction vehicles making it difficult to maneuver and park. While I hope the new...

This is a clean, comfortable, friendly, dependable motel for us islanders who need a place to stay overnight on the mainland. They even give us special rates. We aren't travelers or tourists, so the spectacular view isn't so much of a draw - but it's nice to have a view across the bay to check on the weather. It's our...

The room was very beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace in the room on the cold days. Close to restaurants and a beautiful bay view from our balcony. Would reccomend. The off season rates were GREAT!!

If I tell the truth, then everybody who is smart will make a reservation and I will never get a chance to stay there. How about if I just say that if you want to stay at a place with an unstructured view of the Maine coast, within easy driving distances of many mouth watering seafood restaurants, a golf course,...

We go here for a relaxing three day weekend each year on the weekend after Thanksgiving. The motel and the surrounding area (Rockland, Rockport and Camden) is quiet, quaint and has a good variety of restaurants and shops. This year we were a little disappointed in the room condition until we read the notice that they were in the process...
