Spent the night at the hotel prior to the Special Olympics Parade. Front desk clerk was most helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Had breakfast at the cafe and enjoyed the meal, however the coffee was not as good as I was used to even though the waitress made me a fresh pot of decaf coffee. Would...

My wife and I booked a room at the Northeastland, as a friend's retirement party was being held there. The hotel was very easy to find, with good signage, on Route 1. There is plenty of free parking behind the hotel. We found the hotel to be very clean, with friendly staff. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The...

Booked this room at the last minute & was told it was the only room available. At 4:00 p.m we were told room still was not ready. We arrived around 6:00 p.m. after driving 4 hours. We dropped our luggage & left for an appointment. Got up in the morning to find the shower had not been cleaned! Advised the...

I'm apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced during you stay. It's extremely unusual for any of our rooms to not be ready by 3:00 PM every day and we do not have a rate of $145.00. I can assure you that your comments will be looked into and addressed, as we want to be sure that all of our...

The rooms were clean and extra large, again the maids were hard workers; one lady worked the rooms and the restaurant. The hotel is very well kept up and welcoming, the management is very knowledgeable about the area.

Nice hotel in small town Maine. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had large and comfortable with plenty of towels and was clean. The elevator was tiny! Having the hotel bar downstairs was nice!

Room large, overlooked ventilation stacks so no views. Beds were comfortable comfortable. Odd odor in room. Tiny old elevator that was sort of creepy. Downtown Presque Isle extinct, empty storefronts etc.

Hi there, thank you so much for your review as we appreciate hearing our guest's concerns. Presque Isle has a great committee working on building our Main St up and it is growing more and more everyday. We certainly do have a small elevator but I can assure you that it is extremely safe as we have it serviced every...

The hotel was dated, but seemed clean. There was a little bit of a musty smell in the hallways. We had a suite and it was very big. The furniture looked like it was from the 80s-90s. Some stains on the chairs and floor. Sheets seemed clean. This hotel was ok for a night. I'm not sure I would want...

After checking the reviews of all the hotels/motels to stay at in Presque Isle, we chose The Northeastland ... and were not disappointed. Raining on our way in and with this hotel in "downtown" we didn't have to leave for dinner again in the rain. Friendly staff greeted us at the front desk and restaurant. Our room had a queen-size...

I have stayed here many times. Always clean, friendly and great breakfast at the Cafe. There is also a nice lounge/bar. Highly recommended. Motel is located in a quiet area down town. Great Italian restaurant across the street.

We stayed in a large, well-appointed twin-queen room. The room and bathroom were very clean. The hotel's interior spaces appear to have had a recent make-over and are quite nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. We also liked the location, in the middle of Presque Isle's business district when the other places to stay in the area are chain...
