I have only stayed at a few B&B's before and this one spoiled it for the rest ;) I brought my 14 year old daughter here for her birthday. I'll post pictures because I think that will say more then I can write. This is the best B&B ever. We arrived, they gave us keys said a few words and...

It's hard to go wrong with a B&B, but the Pomegranate Inn surpasses all expectations of a B&B. I will comment on ROOM, FOOD, and OVERALL. ROOM: Many B&Bs are old homes that have been restored, often to near meticulous representations of their Victorian roots. The Pomegranate Inn, however, is dedicated to the owners love of interesting and diverse art....

My wife and I took a 5 day trip up the Coast of Maine and stayed here for 1 night. Was the best experience of our trip.....should have stayed longer!!!! Beautiful Inn, wonderful hosts, excellent breakfast that will never be matched (unless we stay here again. Had a fantastic room (#4) with plenty of space. All rooms decorated differently and...

Warm and inviting. Staff affable and accomodating. Many Inns in the Western Promenade. The Pomegranate does not wow! you ,but is a goiod choice.Watch your head if you stay on the 3rd floor! Not many debits, but not as stellar as we were led to believe.

My friend and I traveled up the coast of Maine, stopping at four B&Bs along the way; Pomegranate Inn was our first. From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere was friendly, relaxed and comfy. Our room was spotlessly clean and cozy with very comfortable twin beds (which we requested). We arrived early and parked on the street, which is...

If you're looking for a not-so-average b&b, this is a great place. It has all of the warmth of a regular bed and breakfast, but every room has its own charm and decor. We stayed in room 1 and loved it. The breakfasts are very different but delicious; not your run of the mill eggs and toast. There were little...

We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights stay. The Inn is charmingly eclectic, with great attention to detail. The location is ideal for exploring the bustling arts district including the Portland art museum, with its wide ranging collection of American and European art. As has been said many times, Dana's breakfasts are amazing - works of art in their own right. There...

We truly enjoyed out stay at the Pomegranate Inn. I wasn't sure about the location, but it turned out to be fantastic. You are in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to local restaurants and bars and great architecture. We had one of the rooms with our own courtyard which was enjoyable. The breakfast was STUNNING! and delicious :-) I would...

This was our first visit to Portland. We had a wonderful 2 days. The Pomegranate is located in a delightful quiet old neighborhood on the west end of the city, with wonderful art work adorning the walls and spaces. Our room and bath (Room 4) were good sized. My only minor criticism was that no hand/body lotion was included with...

I usually stay in hotels, so I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of what felt like three rooms, all to myself. This was not the most expensive room in the inn, yet I had a large bedroom and sitting area plus a bathroom, all with views over a quiet neighborhood and its treetops. The bed was very comfortable, the...
