I spent a night with my family in this beautiful historic hotel. No complaints except for my experience at the spa. The spa is apparently open until 9pm. I showed up shortly after 8pm to use the Jacuzzi. I asked if it was OK and I was told it would close in 20 minutes so to make it quick. After...

The hotel fronts on a little cobble stone street in the middle of Old Port. What a fantastic place. Everyone we encountered working here couldn't do enough for you. We were picked up at the train station by their shuttle no charge to or from. Our first night was date night. We were greeted with a bottle of bubbly, had...

Even though we live close to Portland, I decided to book a night here simply because they have a spa for their guests with a hot tub, sauna, and steam room. I know you can get a day pass, but I felt that a mini-getaway sounded nice. The hotel and service were excellent, but I gave it 5 stars due...

From the cozy, quaint beautifully charming room, the incredibly comfortable bed, the down, soft comforter and pillows, to the coffee delivered to our room with a nice personal touch. Perfect in every way!! Thank you.

When you think of Portland, Maine, you think of the bricked streets and the winding roadways. The Regency is all of that and more. Lovely Hotel. Do be careful if there are any disabilities - - very hard to navigate if you cannot walk. Entry has steep steps and alternate is not user friendly.

Well is was centrally located, with a free shuttle and the room was clean with a comfortable bed and new fluffy white towels but it was disappointing that our room looked run down with wall paper actually coming loose in large patches. Also the front desk staff was friendly at booking and check in but the various bellmen we encountered,...

My wife and I try to stay here every March during Restaurant Week. We get the Night on the Town package which covers our lodging, dinner and breakfast. The Regency never fails. The staff are wonderful, the location couldn't be better and the food is always top notch. You won't be disappointed.

Came here with my wife for the weekend. This hotel is perfectly located to everything you want. Quick walk to ton of bars and restaurants - or to live music, or to the harbor. It has a full spa for treatments if you'd like, valet parking, and a full bar downstairs. Great beers on tap, friendly staff. I can't wait...

I couldn't believe this place. We have stay in some of the finest big city hotels and they don't compare to the Regency. I would call this a boutiques hotel. I thought I would self park the car to save some money, it the garages were chock full due to the snow storm. So I pulled up to the front...

Easy to find, and centrally located to the Olde Port and the City center. Valet and front desk staff were friendly and responsive, service was as expected for this type of hotel in this price-range. Room was very clean, and even though we were right above a busy thoroughfare, I did not feel it was unusually noisy. The lounge was...
