We booked for labour day weekend. $300+ a night for the "Two bedroom suite". It did have two closed bedrooms. This property has not been renovated since the 70's, there was mold in the bathroom , the tub was filthy, the toilet was broken. The kitchenette was old and dirty, the carpets were stained as was the ceiling. The "continental...

Yes it is dated but how much time do you spend in the room? It is a great location! The problem I had this year, and why I won't go back is this: His name is "Lennie" he is one of the maintance men. His behavior was so uncomfortable for me and my family. He was berating the housekeepers, yelling...

Stayed here a few days over Labor Day. Advise that you find somewhere else - the advertised Wifi was non-existent. There was a small kitchen in the room, with glasses/cups, but no sponge for washing dishes and there was a $12 fee for unwashed dishes. No plastic or disposable cups provided at all (super annoying). The bathroom had thick cobwebs...

We stopped in Ogunquit for the night. My partner had stayed at Colonial Village Resort with his family in 2004. He remembered it as a nice family run business. We stayed in a king room in the front of the building. There was mold around the sink. The shower dripped water all over the bathroom floor. The furniture was broken...

We are a family of five. This motel is comfortable, clean and spacious enough to accommodate 5 ppl. It is close to Footbridge beach, and on the trolley route. Prices were reasonable too. Continental breakfast included fresh locally made donuts.

Location was very good. Check in was smooth. Front desk clerk was polite A very vocal unhappy housekeeper complaining about guests. Next morning same employee complaining about guests showing up to early for coffee and stated she was just "not into it today, I'm sitting". Room was ok but expected more for the price. Keep the complaining behind closed doors.

This was an adequate stay. Staff accommodating - room ok - wifi -sad. Lots of refurbish coming! Very comfortable. Family oriented - lots of grandparents and walks on the beach. This place has lots of potential and a new owner. We will check it out and consider another stay.

We stayed at Colonial Village Resort for a family vacation for 3 nights and four days. The hotel allow us to check-in early rather than 3 PM per the Motel policy. The staff is friendly. The Motel is conveniently located near the center of Ogunquit town, half a mile walk to Bridge Beach and close proximity to Lobster Pound restaurant....

It's a comfortable enough place, overpriced in summer -- but that's Ogunquit. The wireless could work a LOT better; cell signals were often poor. Kind of rundown a little, but our family has been going here for years and years and it's still a comfortable enough base.

We stayed one night and our room smelled really bad! Took a look at the window AC unit the next morning and found the filter was completely covered with a THICK sheet of dust! Also, the shower curtain had mildew all along the bottom. Lots of dust and cobwebs.

Thank Victor M
