Excellent experience. I had a room on the second floor of the Skipper’s Deck with fantastic views of the beach. On the deck in front of my room were two lounging chairs where I could watch the waves, yet stay out of the sun if I wanted because there was a roof overhead. The room itself was clean and attractive. The sink area is separate from the shower and toilet. I would suggest that the owners put a shelf in the bathroom and/ or put a curtain across the sink area for privacy while dressing if the plastic screen across the glass doors happens to not be all the way closed. I’d definitely return and get a beach facing room again. Access to the beach is easy. There was no problem parking for Norseman guests.

We stayed in room 215 The Dunes. The room was recently renovated . It was clean and comfortable. n arrival we did have to call the desk to have someone clean large amount of bird poop off our balcony windows. Someone came right away to take care of it. I'm sure that's not uncommon for a beachside resort- the nature of the beast!!! I can't say enough about how friendly and informative the crew were. There was work going on everyday, we could hardly hear it. Each day someone let us know where they would be working and what times they would be working. The crew in the restaurant were fun and friendly. Made us feel right at home like we were locals!! A great visit !!

I’m actually still here but didn’t want to forget to leave a review. This is our new favorite hotel! My husband LOVES it here and he is very picky! We are in the tidal suites middle unit (411). It’s so private, the balcony is HUGE right over the water, fireplace is toasty, bed is super comfy and don’t even get me started on that bathroom! I’ve never seen a shower like this before! I probably spent an hour in it today because it is so spa like! Also love the shampoo, conditioner and lotion from bath and body works! You have become our new yearly anniversary stay! Thank you!!!

Three days right on the beach!! So pleasantly surprised with the quality of our room and the helpfulness of the staff. Clean, seemingly recently updated room. Walk-in shower which is fully accessible with detachable nozzle and built in bench. We had thought there would be an elevator but it is under construction. This will be a wonderful feature for the next time I bring my mom. There is a beach wheelchair on site which was another wonderful surprise. Beautiful sunrise right from our room. Beach access a few steps away. Peaceful during off season but imagine a very different atmosphere during peak. Great food and fun shopping very close by. Will definitely come back.

My family and I come here frequently throughout the year and can never get enough. We are always looking forward to the next time we are coming back. Although everyone is great there is one particular person that I want to mention. He is always pleasant even when the guest is tired and cranky (me). He is very friendly, knowledgeable of the area in recommending meals and places to see. Thank you Connor for being so patient and understanding.

My wife and I just returned home, after a two day stay at the Sundowner Building within the Norseman Resort. When we arrived it was foggy and rainy. When we checked into our room it was very clean, and ready. Due to the rainy and windy weather the tide and waves were roaring, Our room had a king sized bed, ac, mini fridge, microwave, and a really nice shower. The staff were friendly, and helpful. Provided a bag of ice, because the machine was not working. At the front desk Eric and John of Engineering were really kind and helpful. This was our first time staying here, but it won't be our last.

I took my husband here for his birthday celebration for a long weekend. It was a beautiful weekend and the place was extremely clean (which I am highly judgemental of due to health). It was a blast to see the dogs running around the beach and we took daily walks on the Marginal Way trail which was suggested by the staff. We also walked the beach every morning and night and it was a fantastic experience. I would love to return in the summer when it is warmer. The location is great for a ten-minute walk to many restaurants too.

We stayed in one of the Tidal Suites on the river. The suite is nicely appointed with a living room, bedroom, large bathroom, and riverfront balcony. It was clean and well maintained. There is a small kitchenette with fridge and microwave. The shower is incredible, the balcony view is spectacular, and we loved the gas fireplace. Check-in and check-out was easy and friendly. The only suggestion for improvement is to add some artwork or wall decor. Overall, a very enjoyable stay at the Norseman!

Loved our location: easy access to beach, parking and the main downtown area. We walked everywhere and found it a nice place to spend a couple of days. Our room was updated, which we appreciated. Staff was friendly. Sitting in the upper deck while viewing the beach was great, too.
