We checked in on a Friday. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was ready early, we got there a little after 2. Woman at the front desk was very pleasant. We were on the first floor in room 110, we booked a king with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The room was very clean with plenty of towels. They do not have service to the rooms right now so there are plenty of towels and cups. There were 6 large towels so for 2 nights that was plenty. The tub was nice, albeit a little on the small side. One of the jets didn’t work. Plenty of hot water. Ice machine was close by and there was a mini fridge in the room. Both nights we were there, it was very quiet, no hallway noise, no noise from outside. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review was the bed. I thought it was fine but my husband has a bad back and did not sleep well either night. So be warned. We will probably not return for this reason. But not the hotels fault. However, this was a very nice hotel for the price in a good location.

The room was very nice & given that it was February, we were excited to try the fireplace! After 20 minutes the room was over 80 degrees and we could not cool it down - tried opening windows etc We had very little sleep due to the warm temperature. .unfortunately, when we shared our concerns with management they showed no interested in helping. The outdoor hot tub was very fun! The outside fire pits are also fun. The restaurant has a wonderful location and ambiance - the servers we had for breakfast and dinner seemed displeased with their jobs. The food is over priced and simply awful! The chicken was like dried shoe leather- again no interest from management to help rectify. Sure there are better choices out there.

Easy location. A sketchy person in & out of the lobby, back & forth to his room. Our room was clean, comfortable bed. Room smelled like a hint of marijuanna. Heater worked great. Jacuzzi was perfect. People above were heavy on their feet all night. There’s no place like home, but this was a comfortable & clean accommodation.

Good-sized suite; appreciated the bedroom being separate and having a door for privacy; loved the spa tub. Having 2 TVs much appreciated. Blankets, pillows, towels were great; bed and pullout mattresses a tad on the soft side; shower hot water and pressure great. Couch easy for one person to set up. Nice surprise to have a view of river and ocean from room and balcony. Easy walk to Footbridge Beach; in better weather walking to town possible also. Downside, the bathroom needed many more hooks for hanging clothes; room's ambiance would be enhanced with more art on the walls (a lot of blank walls). Kitchenette didn't have any utensils or dish/cookware, scrubber or soap, etc. Enough space in room would allow for addition of small cooktop.
