Very pleased with the service we received from Rick and Mark. Very knowledgeable about the area and always willing to make a recommendation. They take a great deal of pride in their establishment and it is quite evident. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The morning breakfasts were outstanding (particularly Rick's famous scones). This property is in a great...

Unfortunately we just had one night to enjoy Ogunquit and this lovely little guesthouse - we would happily have stayed longer. Rick and Mark were friendly and welcoming hosts, giving us excellent advice about where to go to make the most of our short stay, and where to eat that evening. The location is perfect, being near to the beach,...

We escaped Kennebunkport and stayed in Ogunquit for a night and we are so glad we did. Moon over Maine gave us a last minute room (Uranus, ironically) despite not being completely ready for us. We slept well and had a great time.

My husband and I just returned from a weekend stay at 'Moon Over Maine'. Rick and Mark are wonderful hosts, very hospitable, informative, and made our visit extra special. You can't beat the location....walk to everything. Breakfast is quite a treat with fresh baked scones (various flavors), homemade muffins, fresh fruit, bagels, etc. Return to the B & B in...

Kudos to Rick and Mark for running such a nice and friendly inn. It is conveniently located, a quick walk from "downtown" Ogunquit, and an only slightly longer walk to the beach. Breakfasts are simple and to the point, with home baked scones and muffins. The owners are friendly and hospitable with out being intrusive. Our room was a nice...

This b&b was exactly what we were hoping for - close to everything but off the beaten path. It was within walking distance to the beach and Marginal Way, restaurants and shopping. Our room was great, with a private entrance- they said it was small, but we had plenty of room and it was quite comfortable with a patio area...

“All of the rooms at Moon Over Maine are "good rooms". I will say that I'm a tall fellow (over 6' 5") and I am told that I would have had a hard time standing tall in one of the basement rooms. So, that said, taller folks would be better accommodated in 1st or 2nd-floor rooms. As it was, I stayed in a 1st-floor room and had not trouble whatsoever.”
