Very clean and well maintained. They only had coffee at 7am evry morning in another building. No restaurant or continental breakfast. Very friendly and helpful. Nice view of an inlet, marsh. Did not cater for handicapped when had to use a ramp on the other side of my room.

Hotel's Favourite
This was my second stay at this hotel but the first with my husband. We booked a corner king room on the second floor and the early season rate was very reasonable compared to the hotel we usually stay at in the centre of Ogunquit. The distant ocean view was nice. We arrived early around 1:30 and check in is 3pm. We were told room was not ready and we could sit by the pool. Sounds reasonable, but we sat there for an hour and a half and we could clearly see our room from where we were sitting. Not one person, or cleaner entered or exited the room. At 3pm, I went back and completed check in. This means that the room was clearly ready when we arrived but rather than make a guest happy and accommodate us with an early check in, they chose to be stubborn and stick with their check in time. Room was clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. There was a coffee pot in our room but no coffee or filters. I went to the front desk but they said they don't provide them and free coffee would be available at 7 am outside. I asked if I could buy some coffee and a filter from them so my husband could have coffee when he starts work at 5h30am. No, I was told, there is a Hannaford grocery a few miles up the road. Seriously? If they don't want to provide coffee (which most hotels do) then sell me a coffee pack. The pool area is nice with a zero entry pool, good for kids and seniors. It could use some tile replacement soon before damage to the concrete base becomes serious. The indoor pool, is small but is a great option for cold weather or rain. The hot tub is a very good size and deep and no kids allowed (yeah!). They used to provide a continental breakfast and this was discontinued due to Covid. Too bad, as all the other hotels in town that provide it have started up again. I did know this so had brought some simple breakfast items from home. We had bikes with us and it took less than 5 minutes to get to the footbridge beach. It would likely take about 15 -20 to walk depending on your pace. Even with the quirks we experienced, I would likely stay here again. I feel the room rates are of good value for the quality and the facilities.

My husband and I recently stayed in a suite, and it was very clean and comfortable. Our favorite feature was the large private covered deck with views of the marsh and ocean in the distance. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. We will be back. The location is convenient to the town of Ogunquit, the beach, and Wells.

The Mariner Resort is a fantastic place to stay. Extremely scenic , run by a wonderful staff, with large clean rooms with plenty of amenities. There is an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. Plenty of Adirondack chairs to take in the view. Complimentary coffee and tea in the morning. Close to all the sights and attractions and not far from the Ogunquit Beach/ This is a must stop in Maine. Special shout out thew Gayle, Bill and the rest of the staff for making our stay a memorable one

The motel is immaculate. The room was immaculate. Lots of towels. Lovely pool. Beautiful view of the marsh. Adirondacks at every room. Good for hanging out and drinking wine and coffee. If I had to fine one thing wrong I would say the A/C needs a little maintenance. Sounded like a Mack truck!! Otherwise great visit!!

Great time at the Mariner Resort. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a room in building 200, far from the reception and we had a great view. Watched the sunrise one morning from the balcony. Spent some time at the pool. Many restaurants from walking distance. Footbridge beach also not too far (10 to 15 minutes). Nice people at the reception for check-in and check-out.

A great motel with lots of great ammenities. Kids loved the indoor pool as it was cloudy while we visited so this was a nice treat for them- adults enjoyed the hot tub. Coffee in the morning was a great feature as were the vending machines near the fitness room. Our room was perfect, awesome view, very spacious and really comfortable beds. Immaculately clean. I wouldn't really say it is truly walking distance to the beach of you had a bunch of stuff to carry, but definitely close enough if you were just going for a walk. Not too far of a drive into town either. Definitely would stay here again if I as in the area.

The rooms are so quiet! We were surrounded by families and their Littles, and we never had sound come through the room. So relaxing. The hot tub is open pretty late, and the heated indoor pool is a plus.
