We have stayed at the Nautilus that past three summers and look forward to our 2016 visit in July. The property is a quaint, well situated ocean front inn, located in the Ocean Park area of Old Orchard Beach, Maine. Rooms are comfortable, and there are a variety of rooms suitable for singles, couples or families. Check ahead of time...

Spent a fun weekend at this perfect location. Clean and comfortable rooms with most having water views. Delicious breakfast and gracious hostess. Located right on the water and a short walk to shops, restaurants, library. Lots of things to do!

Last minute get away to watch Hurricane Joaquin. We, my fiancé and I, chose the oceanfront room (#5) and had a comfy king-sized bed and a sitting room with a day bed. The room had plenty of room for a family of 4. The room was spotless, had plenty of blankets and we could see and hear the Atlantic! It...

The crew at the Nautilus is top notch! It's the perfect location location for a beach holiday. Breakfasts are generous and delicious. We enjoyed spending leisure time on the comfortable three season porch.

Came back for a second stay at the Nautilus (again as overflow from a family cottage). The place was in great shape and looked like they had been updating more rooms. We stayed in the #9 Tower Room this time and it has a great view of the ocean. Will definitely request it if possible in the future.

The new owners have upgraded just enough at the Nautilus to make it a great family vacation spot without losing any of its casual beach house charm. The breakfasts are a feast of options (a selection of dry cereals, yogurt, freshly-cut fruit salad, homemade bread and muffins plus at least one egg dish each morning) and the renovated main floor...

This was our first trip to Maine. We are a family of two adults and a toddler. We stayed in the lower level apartment and it was perfect for our needs - toddler could cry, squeal, run, etc. and we didn't feel like we had to "shh" him for other guests. Jim & his wife were so nice and hospitable....

Very nice place right on the beach. Very quiet little town. Township is dry (no alcohol) so you don't get the wild drunks on the beach that you can elsewhere. Very spacious common areas. We don't usually stay in B & B s but this one is nice with very good staff. Very friendly and helpful.

Right behind the dune with a great view and the shorted possible walk to the beach. The new owners have put a lot of time and money into upgrading this beautiful old building. There is now a large, airy great room with comfortable seating, an open dining area for breakfast or your own carry-in at other times, wi-fi, and more....

We just spent 3-days / 2-nights here with two of our children and had a wonderful time once again (last visited was July 2013 with no children). Our hosts, Jim, Marsha, and Ressa did a great job at making us feel at home and accommodating our needs. This charming 100+ year old home is: fun to stay at; imperfect in...
