We stayed at Point Lookout from Sunday - Thursday the week prior to Fourth of July weekend 2015. Overall, we enjoyed the resort very much. The cabin (we had 3 bedroom for family of 5) was clean and very spacious. The kitchen was stocked sufficiently for us, but probably would be limited for anyone planning to cook a lot of...

How do I begin. I have been going to point lookout for years and because I was aware of all the resort has to offer we were very pleased to have it on the short list of wedding venues for our daughter and her fiancé. Unfortunately it did not make it to the end of the list. Let's begin with...

We stayed at Point Lookout for an event in 2014. The cabins were tucked into various spaces in the woods, some of them very close together where you could see in the windows next door and hear them talking. Our cabin had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths (for just two of us) but all rooms were small and dark. The...

A large resort, somewhat atypical, 140+ cabins, mostly secluded and without views. Peaceful and bucolic. Many amenities such as tennis, indoor pool, bowling, gym, basketball court, etc. Food service limited to a small snack-bar like place with 10 or so tables. Caters to large groups-business, weddings, etc. A number of hiking trails, soccer field and other things for the fitness...

Point Lookout is quite pretty. It's a bunch of really cool cabins ranging in size from two person to eight person size. The roads for the cabins wind through beautiful Maine forest and are far enough apart that you don't feel at all like you are surrounded by humanity. The beds are largely comfortable and they have a very up...

Point Lookout is a beautiful colony of cabins nestled on a mountainside just north of Camden, Maine. We stayed in a 2-bedroom/2 bath cabin with our 3 children (complimentary cot provided to us). The cabin has a nice, functional kitchen and was spotlessly clean. It was more than spacious for our family. The campus (not sure what else to call...
