A nice, basic motel with spacious, spotless rooms, balconies with lovely Harbor views, and a friendly staff. Convenient to Acadia but without the crowds found in Bar Harbor. Would definitely recommend. Adjacent restaurant ok (huge portions - we shared breakfast) but dinner not great.

Nice and quiet away from the Bar Harbor area. Restaurant on location had a menu with the most selections I have ever seen. The meals we had there were very good. Breakfast the fist morning were to big, second day we split one. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not enough outlets and no frig.

We have stayed at Kimball Terrace before and each year have had a good experience. I made reservations and was glad I did because the place was full on the Fall weekend we visited. Nothing is fancy about this place but it comes at a fair price and it is a place to put your head when you want to...

We stayed here for two nights. Room was clean and comfortable but nothing great. Wifi in the room was slow and no refrigerator in the room. The northeast harbor is right across the street. This part of the island is really quaint and slower paced than Bar Harbor. The restaurant attached was also just average.

Thank you for the review. We are in the process of re-doing rooms this winter in which we will be adding refrigerators. The WiFi is also being addressed by the company, it is just not this property having trouble.

We stayed here for three nights and had a room on the second floor overlooking the pool and a balcony with chairs that we could sit outside and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The room is very big, has a table and two chairs and a tv but no microwave or fridge. The beds were hard, but that...

We were in room 174. It had large windows overlooking the marina on one side and evergreen trees on another. The room was attractive and way more spacious than we expected. It was very clean. There was a porch with 2 chairs to enjoy the view. Due to the door to the adjoining room we could hear our neighbors and...

We stayed here one night because I messed up on our reservations for another place! Fortunately, they had an opening. It was a bi pricey, but not really for the area nd the location. It was very clean and the beds were firm. It was a bit noisy, and the pillows so-so. The desk clerk kept the pool open (she...

Sit on your balcony, by the pool at the bar and just chill watching the beautiful saIlboats sails deployed coming in and going out. The staff is helpful, the rooms comfortable and large. I asked for a refrigerator and it was there upon arrival The only bad thing is that we made the discovery at the end of our holiday

excellent restaurant at the hotel, outside seating with nice view of the harbor. Hotel was very nice. Great value for the area. Surrounding hotels seemed over priced, this hotel was reasonable with great view and atmosphere. Easy walk up into the village. Highly recommend it, along with the restaurant.

When I booked my stay here, I was afraid it would be one of those Maine hotels that affords guests peace and quiet. I need not have worried. The lawn mowers ensure that you will not oversleep (past 8:00 am anyway at least 4 days each week). The maids pay no attention to Do Not Disturb signs. And best of...
