Briarwood Motel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms were very quaint with the wooden furniture made by a Maine company. We were able to walk to the nearby restaurant which had very good food. I don't usually like motels that look like they are set up in a parking lot, we almost drove by, but the management was very...

On route 2/6 just south of the main town is this iconic type motor inn from the 60’s. With rooms looking out onto the parking lot, they are large, clean and very comfortable. The managers are keen to help with any information you need about local places of interest or dining needs.

The Briarwood Motor Inn is a nice, clean motel in a fairly remote part of northern Maine (Lincoln). We were quite happy with it for an overnight stay. It is located on the main street, across from Walmart and a popular good steakhouse restaurant.

I grew up in Lincoln and, returning for the holidays, I didn't expect much by way of a hotel. The area is remote, about an hour north of Bangor, and a hotel here wouldn't have to be that great since the audience is more or less captive. So I was very pleasantly surprised by the Briarwood. We rented two adjacent...

We stay here to get a break from our camp in summer if we need a little a/c and wifi. This year, the new management and renovations that are underway are great - the new a/c units are super. Very clean and comfortable. We found when we were having a car serviced you can walk to all the basics, even...

I stayed here on 9/19/2015 for 1 night & other friends had 2 rooms rented. This was our 1st time here under the new management/owners. I was shocked to see all the new upgrades, new owners, workers. We had a room w/ i believe a new heating system. There was new beds, stands, tv, etc.. The front desk staff came...

I stayed here with my wife and friends last weekend and was very pleased with our visit. The rooms had wifi, microwaves, refrigerators...all the comforts of home. It's in a good area of town with a Wal-Mart, a pool hall/bar and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Nearby the popular Lincoln Lakes region, this is a wonderful place to...

This motel is under new owners and also renovations. Seemed clean and room was well kept. This is a motel that provides value for the room price, it is not a luxury motel. IT is close to all the in town amenities.

My wife and I had stayed at the Briarwood Motel three years ago, it was pretty run down, but clean and for one night we didn't mind. We were thinking again it's just for one night, well we we're very surprised to find it under new ownership since July 1st. The rooms had new rugs, furniture and heat pumps for...

We stayed at the Briarwood on an ATV adventure in July. This was our third stay at Briarwood over the last 10 years. There have been gradual improvements over the years like replacing the wall AC units with mini split heat pumps. The motel had always been a clean and decent place to stay but more good things are in...
