Needed a convenient location after flying in to Boston but before driving up the coast of Maine. This was a perfect location for us and was super clean and comfortable. They have removed the coffee makers from rooms due to covid, but it is available in the lobby 24/7. More than adequate breakfast. Property is right near the Kittery outlets on RT 1 Places to shop and eat within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again if in the area

After making a specific request to the front desk that we needed our room made up to accommodate one our kids who arrived today, we returned to the room this evening to find the room untouched. Poor customer service. And when we arrived last night, we were told there was no room for us though we had reserved it weeks ago; after telling the front desk that I had a confirmed reservation that was already charged on my credit card, the clerk went back to the computer and lo and behold, she found the reservation. So much for being a Hilton Gold member.

Stayed 1-night. Room was well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful for a free breakfast. If you are sensitive to noise, make sure to ask for a room not facing I95 as you do hear the highway traffic during the night. That being said, it also means access to I-95 is very easy. Hotel is in great shape and would highly recommend staying!!

I spent two nights here. The room was clean. I like that you get housekeeping when/f you want it. They won't come in your room during your stay if you don't want them to. Didn't love that employees weren't masked, but honestly, 95% of guests were not masked either. This must be the trend because every where I went in Maine, very few were still wearing masks. If you have the Hilton app on your phone you can use it to check in and check out and it also works as your room key so you don't even have to interact with the front desk. Breakfast had many choices including fruit and yogurt. There were also eggs, bacon and potatoes. Plenty for everyone to find something. Bed was a bit too soft but overall okay. Would stay here again.

The room was clean, the check in and breakfast staff were friendly, gym was well stocked and had plenty of space to workout, and the breakfast menu had plenty of options. I would highly recommend this place.

I have worked in the hospitality industry for decades and seen it all when staying at hotels. Seriously, I have many stories, but I have to say my stay at the Kittery Hampton Inn & Suites was beyond exceptional. What made it so great? The General Manager, Reid, and the AGM, Justin. Both gentleman went out of their way to make my 2-week stay pleasurable. They greeted me each morning by name and always asked if I needed anything. Even the housekeeper asked to carry my breakfast try to my room one morning. Seriously nice people who strive to accommodate! The hotel is immaculate, the location is in walking distance to restaurants & shopping, and the breakfast (which is include) was unique and delightful. They also have a huge front lawn to walk your dog. The management at this property definitely goes the extra mile, so many thanks This was my first stay at this property- but whenever I am in the area it will be my hotel of choice. Very clean and brite. Can add a few amenities to room to make it better. No coffee maker, nor bottled water available in rooms. My wife complained that the shade on window was not dark enough to keep light out during the night. Excellent choices for breakfast
