Deciding to travel with a larger group of 10 people. I found the condo was too small on Kibby mountain Rd. Although there was a good condition kitchen and washrooms that were furnished. The condo was right beside the mountain for easy ski in and ski out to the whiffletree quad lift. Would recommend this condo for a smaller group...

6 adults were able to move about easily, the kitchen has everything. The balcony beyond the living room has a decent view, also this unit is billed as sleeping up to 10 people, you better really like the other 9 people as this might be a bit tight... Building #5 is closest to the Snubber chairlift.

We love to ski and Sugarloaf is our favorite Maine mountain. As a family of five (3 kids, 2 adults) cost is always a consideration. We wanted to stay in condo so we could make breakfast and dinner at "home" and we wanted to be able to put the kids to bed at various times and not render the rest...

I have been going to sugarloaf since 1991 and staying at sugar tree 1 every time. Although all rooms are different it's the vibe and location of sugar tree that makes it. Chair lift outside your door, pub, pool outdoor hot tubs gym and a 1million dollar view.

May at Sugarloaf resort is an interesting time. I was up for the Sugarloaf marathon and had thought I booked a room at the main hotel. Fortunately I checked to confirm my reservation because I discovered I hadn't completed the booking after all. No rooms were left and I ended up negiotating a stay at the nearby condos. It was...

This lodging was booked as part of a large group tour. The condo was pretty spacious inside, seemed clean enough, had individual thermostats for each room, and the bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room areas were more than functional. I did not note any problems with noise during our visit. Be prepared that when a condo is advertised as "sleeping...

Be cautious if you rent a Sugarloaf condo or home through Mountain Valley Property. They are only interested in protecting their owners, not anyone renting. We paid top dollar for a condo during Christmas week 2005. The condo above us, also managed by MVP, was overcrowded, noisy, in violation of condo rules for both number of cars parked, number of...
