Clean comfortable and friendly! We stayed 1 night while passing through Kennebuckport. The room was very big, king size bed, refrigerator and cute front porch to relax on. Such a quiet safe area we slept with the windows open and enjoyed the cool night air. Greeted with coffee and muffins in the morning. Nothing fancy but clean and quite. Great...

We were please to find a motel with three rooms for one night this past weekend. Since it was both Canadian Thanksgiving and Columbus day weekend, this is no small feat. Finding all of that in Kennebunkport for under 100 dollars was pretty exciting. The motel is quaint and very old-fashioned. If you're looking for a clean room to sleep...

Classic and what we expected in our stay. Why pay $400+ to hang your clothes in closet for 2 nights. The rooms was clean, quaint, quite and peaceful for the time we spent in the room, we would rather explore the kennebunks!

When we arrived we were disappointed because we thought the motel was within walking distance of the shopping area. It is not. It is clean, it is quite but it does need maintenance and some updating. I could never get hooked up to wifi and a microwave would have been nice.

We also had trouble finding a reasonable hotel in Kennebunkport, but we found this place, and it was exactly what we wanted! Quaint, clean and charmingly dated. We enjoyed our stay here so much. The front picture window overlooking the porch is the final touch.

A must for those who want to be near the port and within walking distance. It is quietly set back to give privacy with a porch to sit on and enjoy the beauty of Maine. Rooms are very clean and comfortable..perhaps a bit dated for some but the quaintness is all about Maine! Proprietor is on site and very friendly.Heated...

I recently stayed for the week with my family i found this motel to be very peaceful, relaxing and friendly. There is a great pool as well as well kept grounds. They also gave me a beach parking pass which was wonderful! Already booked next year

Kennebunkport is a wonderful beach town that we really enjoyed. We decided to go there on the spur of the moment so there were not a lot of hotels to choose from. Most were really expensive. The price point of this motor lodge was more than reasonable. The motel is quaint. Their webpage shows the layout of the rooms. The...

If your looking for a Hilton, then look elsewhere, but if your looking for clean, good location and quiet good ole Maine lodging, then you will like this motel. We stayed in room 10, so this place is small but very reasonable. The only thing that I personally don't like was the hard beds, and the water in the shower...
