This was our first time staying with Tom and Caroline. It will not be our last. I agree with Mary M, if I could rate our experience higher, I would. We come east to visit friends and family in Quebec City every couple of years, and always come through Maine on our journey. The inn is laid out in such... More

Wonderful location, most friendly and engaging hosts. Tom and Carolyn were extremely helpful and the breakfasts amazing. The accommodation first class and nothing was too much trouble. We were travelling with another couple and we all couldn't recommend Coveside bed and breakfast more highly.

This B&B is off the charts in every respect. It is located on the shore of an intimate cove on the Maine Coast & the grounds are spacious with elegant plantings & outside seating. The inn itself is recently built in the style of traditional Maine coastal architecture with modern comforts & spaciousness. It is beautifully furnished. The innkeepers are... More

The inn-keepers Tom and Carolyn Church are friendly, knowledgeable of the local area. The breakfasts are always gourmet. Our room, adjacent to a common-area, included a private deck, perfect for an evening picnic and watching the sunsets/sunrises. Tom and Carolyn have an emphasis on keeping an environmentally friendly inn, there are recycle bins, etc. Also they provide free wifi. Before... More

Coveside is a well-kept lovely Cottage style Bed and Breakfast with beautiful gardens, an outdoor patio and great views of the water. Our room and bath were comfortable and lovely with soothing pastel colors and great views. Breakfast was a delicious gourmet plate with artful arrangements. The location is a bit remote and thus very relaxing and quiet.

Today we had to leave "our" place at the Cove Side Inn and on our way in the car to our next inn we talked about the wonderful atmosphere at Cove Side Inn; the great breakfasts but also the fact that you are able to meet other guests at the breakfast table. That always lead to interesting conversations with a... More

We were in Bart's room. It is the only room on the first floor and is in the main building that contains a lovely deck, the dining room as well as a semi private porch outside our room. It was delightful and afforded a spectacular view of the Cove. The meticulously prepared breakfasts were even better than advertised. The hosts... More

Enjoyed a couple of nights after Labor Day at Coveside B&B on Georgetown Island. This is the place to stay if you are touring areas around Bath. Tom & Carolyn are excellent hosts, and prepare a gourmet breakfast for their guests. Also, fresh homemade cookies are available in two cookie jars in the kitchen/dining area. This property is very quiet,... More

I visit Coveside every summer and I can't imagine a summer going by without a visit there. It's quiet, peaceful and restful -- exactly what I want from Coveside. Aptly named, the view of Gotts Cove is perfect. The breakfasts are extraordinary -- fluffy waffles, omelets with goat cheese, blueberry muffins -- everything is prepared onsite and is spectacular. Reid... More

Coveside Bed and Breakfast is situated on a postcard- worthy cove. It is off the beaten track in Georgetown but worth the trip. I returned for my second stay this summer and already have made my reservations for next August. I don't usually like B&B's because I like more privacy. Coveside hits the spot because in addition to staying in... More
