This hotel is in need of a major overhaul. I only gave it 3 stars because it is clean. Otherwise it’s very shabby. Our room featured Stained, carpet, torn curtains, and worn out furniture. However, the bed was ok, the staff was friendly, and the roof did not leak so it was ok for one night.

Stayed only one night but my positive experiences are--large clean room and good breakfast selections. On the negative side--the pool and hot tub were under renovation, refrigerator in room needed defrosting, and ice machines did not work. There definitely is room for improvements at this Comfort Suites but was fine for 1 night stay.

Staff was nice. Hotel was a mega rip off. If I paid $50, it would of been fine. But for $150, it was horrendous. From what I gathered, this used to be a Quality Inn And Suites and now was taken over by Comfort Inn and the renovations required would be a complete makeover. Room smelled very musty, the beds were greasy, and depending on which bed you were in the air conditioning could potentially be blowing in your face. Also, the wifi was very slow. Like extremely slow, I would type one sentence then need to wait 5 minutes for it to load before typing again. This hotel is designed for a layover traveling further North. Many options within a few miles of this hotel. Stay anywhere else but here.

Rundown property. Poorly maintained inside and out. People screaming in the parking lot and unsavory individuals roaming around. Elevator filthy. Room dirty. I asked for a refund and was granted a full cancellation.

If I could give zero stars I would. The rooms were dingy, the lobby was a mess, there was trash strewn throughout the hotel. No common areas, no public bathrooms, the entire downstairs reeked of chlorine, the "gym" was in disarray and unusable. The "continental breakfast" consisted of a prepackaged muffin. The attitude of the place is basically that no one cares about how it looks and feels to guests. What a joke.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your stay with us. I apologize that the breakfast made available was not to your liking. We are under restrictions that state that the foods offered must be prepackaged by the manufacturer with little to no need for preparation. This means packaged bakery goods, packaged cereal, packaged oatmeal etc.,. We also have ready to heat options available. There was a sign on the microwave saying to see the front desk agent for more options. I am concerned with the chlorine smell. We use a disinfecting cleaner that is peroxide based and our pool, currently closed, is a mineral pool and does not use chlorine.
