My husband and I have been coming to the Inn for several years. Usually we come during the Easter break. We always enjoy the lovely breakfast and tea. The food is delicious and the rooms very comfortable. The main reason however for our return trips are the staff. Penny at

I spent a week at the Harraseeket during the coldest week in January, but the inn was warm, cozy, and the food incredible. The staff went above and beyond with our large, boisterous group, surprising us by remembering food and drink preferences each day. The accommodations were

This is a very nice property which is why I gave it 4 stars. However, we were put in room 204 for the first 2 days of our stay. It is relatively small but has a huge bathroom because it is handicap accessible. I explained we didn't need that but it was the last room they had so

Wonderful stay. Great place to relax and get away. Fabulous food. Staff very attentive and caring. Can't wait to return next year. Convenient location to shopping at LL Bean and outlets. 30 minute ride to Portland Jetport.

Excellent accommodations and service! The hotel personnel were most accommodating and friendly. The quality of the dining experience is superb! Especially enjoyed a High Tea experience every afternoon where we can mingle with family and also make new friends!

Our room was non smoking but i did see people outside smoking and there is a fire pit to sit around which i would guess you could smoke there. There are options and i wouldnt stray away from this place due to in room restrictions. Great place and you can walk right in to freeport town in minutes.

Here at the Harraseeket Inn we try very hard to please all of our guests, but unfortunately this isn't always possible. We pay careful attention to all of our reviews. Trip Advisor critiques and reviews are important guidepost to knowing what we're doing right, what we aren't, and improving our guest services.

We don't have coffee makers in all of our guest rooms but if you request one when you make your reservation, we will make sure that there's a coffee maker in your room, ready and waiting! We also have fresh brewed coffee available in our drawing room at six am for early risers.

Twenty to twenty five minutes, just down the interstate from Freeport. We do it all the time. Even faster if you drive faster than we do, and we don't drive fast. It's an easy trip both ways, day or night. That's why we stay in Freeport; it's easy to get anywhere.
