Not sure if this place is still in business. Tried to book a couple of nights ago. The website is active and the phone works with answering machine. Not a good way to do business. We were in the area staying at another establishment and decided to drive by Tranquility Lodge. Saw some folks walking into lodge and a few...

Stayed one night enroute to Montreal from St Andrews NB. Would go back to stay longer in any season. Melody is a very genuine and considerate hostess. There is lake access on the property and lots of trails for hiking, and skiing nearby. Great job at converting this historic barn. Large open common space, and quieter nook for watching TV...

Our first stop at Tranquility Lodge was purely by chance one late night in Aug '11. When we arrived we were given a hearty Maine welcome and shown to our room. Our Hostess was pleasant and showed us to the common area with complimentary snacks and soft drinks. There is a breakfast option but we just opted for coffee and...
