Our trip to Nova Scotia included our visiting Eastport along the way and we were fortunate to have stayed at the Kilby House Inn. In addition to its central location in the town we enjoyed the company and friendliness of Greg, the inn keeper. The bed was comfy, the rooms were very well appointed and you can't deny the all...

I had an exellent evening staying at the Kilby House Inn in beautiful Eastport. I only stayed one evening, but Greg made the 24 hours I stayed there very relaxing and enjoyable. The accomodations were good, clean and inviting. I had everying I needed. And breakfast was off the hook to boot. I'll be staying here once again.

The atmosphere of this B&B is definitely friendly and welcoming. Our room was well-appointed with a large private bath. The whole house is furnished with beautiful antique pieces and the sitting areas downstairs are completely open to guests. The house itself is located very close to historic Water Street in Eastport, and you are in walking distance of several good...

We enjoyed two nights at this wonderful Inn, and recommend it most highly to those who wish to visit this easternmost part of the United States. Eastport, Maine, is, by turns, austere, harsh, unforgiving---and then the sun breaks through, and a lovely world emerges of gardens, and flowers, gentle winds and gorgeous vistas. Everyone you meet on the street says...

Greg is a great host. We are so happy we had an advance reservation here. We were not accustomed to the sun coming up so early and we were.....well ! up early. If we ever come to Eastport in the future we will most definitely stay here. This is a good base for visiting the surrounding sights as well.....Thanks again...

Gregg, at the Kilby House, is very personable and a great host. He is also a wonderful cook, the breakfast included some of the best French toast I've ever had. The house is clean and beautiful! We stayed in the main house, but the carriage house is amazing too! The rate was more than affordable. Comfortable and relaxing!

We came to Eastport to watch the Sardine drop from the Tides Institute at midnight on New Years Eve. We stayed in the newly renovated carriage house room. What a great space. Gas fireplace, reading room, full kitchen. The warm wood interior was welcoming and cozy. Greg greeted us like old friends. I'll stay there every time I go to...

I had a wonderful stay at the Kilby House Inn in late September. I was in Eastport for a Road Scholar sailing program (excellent); the inn is in a wonderful location for walking to the shops and dock area. The house has been painstakingly restored with many antiques--all with a story. Greg's breakfasts are fabulous; plenty of fresh fruit and...

We had the misfortune of finding ourselves on the road during the Nor easter in October. We were pleased that Greg was such a welcoming host and made us feel very comfortable in his lovely home. Lots of antiques and treasures there and it was interesting to see what he had in his home. While the weather was less than...
