Perfectly adequate motorway hotel. The staff had an honest and friendly attitude and the bed was fairly comfortable. The Hotel is on the southbound carriage way, but it can be accessed via the flyover bridge which crosses the motorway. Ignore the no entry signs.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, I wanted lots of pillows. The room was clean and large. The bed was ok but not the most comfortable. Water for the bath was nice and hot. As its in a service station there is a continuous background drone of traffic but it you can ignore that it is fine. Free Wifi Odd...

Perfect for our stay. We requested early check in & the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. For the price we payed we were thrilled with everything but would especially like to praise the staff

The hotel is on the southbound side of the M1. The room was quite large, and had a bath as well as a shower. WiFi worked well and is free. Despite double glazing, lorries could be heard rumbling by, but overall the noise was not intrusive. Parking out front is limited but it seems OK to park in the ‘coach...

The bathrooms also need updating, the shower in our room worked but there was no cold feed going into it so it scalded. We complained but they only...
