We started from Bangalore in our car around 2 pm in the afternoon and reached the hotel around 7 pm (we took nearly an hour break in between) in Kanipakam, the religious place of Lord Vinayaka. The hotel is located in an alley but can be easily located as there are signboards. It is spread over a large area and I was very much impressed with the small vegetable garden they were growing in front of the hotel. The hotel has ample car parking and lots of space in the front. The room was huge (we booked an A/C Delux room for 3 people) and is maintained very well. The construction seems to be new, so everything is very neat and clean. The price seemed a bit higher to me, as generally the hotels in religious places are comparatively low priced due to short stays and continuous inflow of people. The guy at the reception was very polite and helpful and I felt its ok to spend the extra amount for the overall experience. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but it is ok as we can find a couple of eateries just at 200 meters distance. The hotel is not exactly opposite to the temple but within a walkable distance. It would be hardly a 5 min walk. Overall a very good place if you are looking for a hotel with a bit more standard than your regular small ones when you visit a religious place.…

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Staff was very supportive and friendly. Room was very clean and neat. All amenities were at place. Altogether, my experience at hotel was very good. Would love to come again.

I have visited kanipakam and stayed in Varun Residency on 05.06.2018 for 1 day. I feel that it is only one of the best choice to stay by all the tourists who visit the kanipakam. All the facilities are excellent, this hotel is only having Car Parking place, maintaining very clean, friendly staff, peaceful location. The Hotel management very good. As this is a new hotel, all the furniture like in bedroom, hall, bathroom fittings are very good condition, AC is very good. This hotel is having Bedroom, hall with attached bathrooms (2) for big families, no hotel is providing this type of atmosphere. In my trip, I didn't notice this type of hotel in any where in A.P., & Tamil nadu.

This hotel is very very clean. It has spacious private parking. Most of the hotels in kanipakam do not have parking. It has generator facility which was helpful for us as there was power cut during our stay. And the staff is very helpful. We had great experience in this hotel

Hello all very happy to suggest this residency. Excellent emunities good hospitality by owner. Very relaxing and pleacent environment. Most of all you have a homely feel here. I would rate 5/5 for this residency and suggest defenetely to go for this if you are planning to go to kanipakam vinayaka temple or any other place near by. Enjoy and have a happy time.
