The hotel is very nice, every details were perfect. The mistress was very kind and gave us lots of tips on where to go for dinner, or where to go around for fall season. The owner is one of the most famous and good chef of the Region of New England! One fabulous place where to stay, to relax, to...

This was our first trip to Maine but my husband and I have stayed at Inns and B&B's across the US. This place was, by far, one of our best experiences. The food was over the top. We had dinner one evening and I am a bit of a picky eater but that was no problem since Michael happily changed...

We had a great stay. The innkeepers and owners were nice and accommodating. The place is beautiful and immaculate. Our room was lovely. It's definitely one of the nicer places to stay, but 2 criticisms. One, our room had a door on the bathroom that I don't know what it's called. It opens into 2 panels and closes with an...

Absolutely beautiful. Everything you can ask for from a bed and breakfast that has the beauty, comfort, and class. The hosts are sweet as can be, The grounds are floral, relaxing, and stunning. We stayed at the hideaway and it was like being in the Hartstone - even more peaceful. The French Thyme Suite is the way to go if...

Michael the Chef/owner and his wife Mary Joe were perfect hosts in their lovely B&B. Charming rooms although VERY small bedrooms and baths. (Cannot appreciate the "smallness" from their pictures). Everyone was friendly and helpful. Gourmet meals for dinner and breakfast. We stayed there on their 2 night package which included one dinner and 2 breakfasts. Unfortunately there is no...

My gf and I stayed at the Hartstone B&B in August. The town of Camden is so picturesque and is right on the water. It is a beautiful, quaint town. The weather was perfect (sunny and in the 70's/80's). The Inn is on the Main Street of the town and within walking distance to just about everything. They have off...

The Inn is rather like an English Country House hotel but in miniature, so we really felt at home here. The hospitality is amazing, your every need is catered for, and efficiently. The food is wonderful, a truly gastronomic experience. It is worth more than 5 stars. The staff are so helpful with suggesting places to eat and visit. Camden...

I was looking forward to my 1 night stay at Hartsone Inn, but came away feeling a little disappointed. The Inn is "over decorated" with things everywhere, hardly a space to put anything down including the excellent Blueberry Mojito (a highlight of the stay). As a couple of the other reviewers have mentioned the price tags on all the paintings...

We spent two wonderful evenings at the Hartstone Inn. The level of service is incredible and the hospitality could not have been better. The rooms are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Camden is a beautiful little seacoast village and became our favorite destination on the Maine Coast. If you have the opportunity to visit this Inn, be sure to book...

We had such a lovely visit to Camden and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hartstone Inn. The Inn is on the main drag as you enter downtown Camden. We arrived late afternoon and were treated to some of the most delicious cookies and tea in the parlour. The walk from the Hideaway was an easy 2 blocks to the...
