The food was wonderful and served elegantly. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The happy hour was excellent with great drinks and treats. We actually stayed at one of their houses across the street but it was lovely. I will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our one night getaway at the Hartstone Inn. Located in the heart of Camden, it's just a short walk to the downtown shops, restaurants and harbor. Built in the early 1800's, it has old world charm with a modern touch. We were greeted by a pleasant staff member that escorted us to the "Cottage Suite" located in a...

We stayed in the “Hide Away’ Section which is in another property from the main B & B house. Good location. Quiet at night. 2nd floor room. Clean. Old house that has been renovated to meet today’s hotel standards. Bathroom & shower/tub are in separate rooms. Takes some getting used to! Very nice check-in. Breakfast is in the main house,...

Feeling lucky that I chose the Hartstone Inn for our stay in Maine. The rooms were large, had great amenities, large common area, best sheets I've ever slept on, coffee ready each morning, cozy fireplace in the evening. We ate dinner at their restaurant on our first night, it was wonderful. They also offer a happy hour with $5 martini's...

We had a comfortable and cozy room but that takes a backseat to the dinner and breakfast, served at the Hartstone. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Do yourself a favor and save room for the souffle dessert after dinner, it's almost too good to be true!

A lovely stay for a quick vacation. We had a very nice room and loved the inn Breakfast was heavenly and dinner divine. The staff are courteous and so thoughtful. I have a food allergy and they remembered at every meal to ask me. Parking right in back. A quick walk to all the shops. Rooms are clean and very...

You know how it's the little things that make the difference? Well, that was the truth for us. My wife is allergic to pineapple; we told the hotel the first night and they adjusted the menu without us telling them once. We got a fruit cup for part of breakfast; my way from got a dish of strawberries without even...

We just returned from a two night stay at the Hartstone Inn.  What a wonderful weekend!  This is our fifth stay.  The Inn is beautiful, comfortable and inviting.  We now feel like we were visiting friends.  This time we stayed in the Arbour Suite which was so private and comfortable, not to mention beautiful.  Deirdre and Megan we're wonderful!  The...

Spent two days in the cozy "Loft" enjoying the best food and service I have had in a long time! Everything was "top notch"...from the cocktail hours to the toiletries. Beds were super comfortable, choice of pillows, gas fireplaces...loved it all! In this case you truly do "get what you paid for!"
