We spent 3 nights at Middle Bay Farm. What a great place to unwind and just enjoy the splendid weather and beautiful scenery. The house sets near the water so with a cup of coffee and a comfortable bench viewing the bay you can just enjoy the changes going on with the changing of the tides. Then it is off...

Stayed 2 nights at Middle Bay Farm Bed and Breakfast. This is an old farmhouse that has been updated very nicely with 4 bedrooms (each a different motif) with a large flat screen tv and cable ready and also a VCR in each room. Each room faces the bay which ultimately makes its way to the Casco bay.It is very quiet and...

I stayed at the Middle Bay Farm twice in the last two weeks. It is a wonderful place on Middle Bay, just a few minutes from Bowdoin College and I highly recommend it. The 1834 farmhouse was extensively restored by Phyllis Truesdell, the lovely owner, and there are four, very well appointed rooms in the main house and two suites...

This B&B is located at the end of a dirt road on Middle Bay Cove. I stayed in the Sea Shell Room which was spacious and well-appointed. There were so many things to discover in the room it was like opening a treasure chest. The inn-keeper, Phyllis is so welcoming and does everything she can to meet all of your...

We just visited Maine for the weekend to look at colleges. I love to stay in B&B's and it was time to introduce my daughter to them. It is in a beautiful location on the bay. Conveniently near downtown Brunswick but far enough to feel secluded. Each room has a view of the bay. Our room was on the first...

I saw this B and B on the internet a few years ago and hoped to try it someday. The first weekend in August 2014 I finally got my wish. Oh, Phyllis, what a delightful place to be- for so many reasons: The history of the buildings and the setting; the homey, comfortable, detailed decor; spacious, inviting, and well-appointed rooms...

What a charming place! My family stayed in one of the cottage suites which included a kitchenette, setting area and two bedrooms. The bathroom was very large and worked well for the family. The porch was a fantastic way to start a day with a good cup of coffee, the breakfasts were excellent. Loved looking out over the bay any...

I would definitely recommend a stay at this historical B&B just outside Brunswick Maine. the setting overlooking the Bay is very peaceful and one cannot help but relax while sitting on the great front porch. Phyllis is a wonderful owner who makes a terrific breakfast and provides great accommodations.

We stayed at this B&B 2 nights with our friends from Connecticutt and Chicago...our annual getaway vacation together. We traveled through New England and selected this B&B because of the peaceful and beautiful location just outside of the town of Brunswick, Maine. We were so happy with our selection from the beautifully appointed rooms, to the great front porch with...

“The staircase is narrow and very large pieces of luggage can be somewhat difficult to maneuver.”

“All rooms in the main house face the water...I wanted a different room than the Seashell Room at first, but as a single I did not want to use a king bed and keep the owner from having a couple use it. I ended up being really glad to have the Seashell Room and would choose it again! If stairs are an issue choose the bedroom to the left of the entry hall. I liked the light in the Seashell room, as well as the varied options for seating- loveseat, as well as 2 chairs by the fireplace. A nice big closet and a little dressing table and mirror are in the closet- along with comfy terry robes.”
