We stayed in this vacation home in July 2018. We highly recommend this place to families who are looking for a comfortable and neat place to stay in Kochi. What we found most praiseworthy was the hospitality of the owners Mr. & Mrs. Mathew. During our stay we never felt we were in a vacation home, Mr. & Mrs. Mathew was there for everything. The rooms were neat and tidy and the whole experience was excellent. Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Mathew for everything you guys did for us. May God bless you all abundantly. Thank you once again.....

My family and i stayed in shaw villa for 1 month and it was the best stay i had as i didnt even feel i am away from home. Location is really accesible to all major shops and tourist spots. We stayed in 2 BHK apartment. The rooms were clean and spacious, cleaniness was appreciable as house keeping was prompt. apartment had all the required amenities including all the necessary kitchen applications and utensils required for self cooking so we really felt like we are at home. i have to personally thank the owner Mr. Mathew and wife Mrs. Susy for making our stay so comfortable and memorable one. They were the most helpful people i have ever met and always ready to provide with any necessary help needed, which i didnt actually expect to see in a metropolitian city. Next time i go to kochi, definitely stay in shawn villa only.…

Overall my experience with Shawn Villa was a good one. The place was clean and the customer service went out of there way to make sure that I had a great stay. One of my favorite things about Shawn Villa is that it is in the middle of everything from shops to food places and I also loved that my room had a balcony view. I recommend that if you are in Cochin this is one of the best villa's in town.

I booked one studio apartment for 2 months. To my good luck, this turned out to be something really excellent and beyond my expectation. It was a full customer delight whenever and whatever we had asked for, the owner Mr. Mathew and his wife Ms.Susy had been around the corner for us. Its a well maintained and serviced facility. To the best for me, he had been kind enough to provide me his imported carpet just for my morning yoga or new non stick utensils. If there had been any award nomination for Best Home stay then I might bet for him being the winner.

It is the most mis-informed accommodation where cubicles are stated as apartments. They are full of ants, cockroaches and lizards there is no housekeeping the sheets are not changed for weeks and being located by the road it gets very dirty and full of noise. You have to pay extra for electricity and water. Bad experience.
