Booked through Goibibo. The hotel was bang on the main road from Lulumall . Ample parking space there which is one of the most required thing inside the city limits. Checkin was very fast . They gave an upgraded room which was very nice. Room was spacious, neat and clean. View from the room was very good. All required things were in the room neatly kept. Service was very fast. By the time you keep the phone down after telling what is required, door bell rings and the housekeeping person is there with what you wanted. Room service was also fast and food was tasty. They have a good bar down there but when it gets crowded on Saturday night the service gets little delayed may be because there are only two servers available. If they can increase one more person there when crowd is more they can solve this. All in all a great stay of two days. Will definitely come back.

One of the good and safe place to stay. Rooms are very good and clean. Staff members are really very much cooperative. Only wash rooms in basic rooms are very very small. Complimentary breakfast is okie

Reception is small, but rooms are spacious, well furnished & clean. Not much in terms of toiletries etc. though.
The staff are quite frindly and helpful. Had to stay indoors for most of the day on 8 due to National Hartal, but they were always available for any assistance.
The swimming pool is nice.
The buffet food (tried both lunch and dinner) there is excellent with all item normally sought by a Keralite among the selection.
Overall a nice experience.

We stayed in the private suite, immensely liked the ambience , with view to the open car park. lighting controls in the room, and getting connected to WI fi on mobile posed some challenges, but resolved. The location was very convenient for the places we need to go. Guests returning after long years' gap. Breakfast buffet was good variety and delicious. Reception/ reservation line over phone was helpful and welcoming. Efficient service at the 5th floor restaurant for a la Carte too.

I had a very pleasant experience staying at The Renai Cochin, during my short visit to the city. The staffs were very pleasant and friendly and helped me in making my stay a memorable one.
The in-room arrangements are also quite adequate and they have a well spread buffet selection for breakfast

We stayed at the Renai Cochin in a recent visit. We enjoyed it thoroughly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was delicious and there was good variety. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. The central location of the hotel makes it easy to access various places in the city. I very highly recommend the Renai Cochin as a place to stay while in Cochin.

An ideal business hotel for a quick working buffet luncheon. The spread is very good and so that you can take guest without any apprehension as you will find most of dishes our guest surely enjoy. The ambience, cleanliness, hospitality will be appreciated

This is a repeat stay, one of several and as always, the Executive Club Room never disappoints. It is neat and clean, has a great double bed and shower, enough space in the room, two comfortable chairs and enough lighting and plug points. There's plenty of storage space in the lit wardrobe and shelves. When you want a good night's sleep after a long, hard day, you know when you've come to the right place.

The room provided was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff was very cordial and the food was delicious. The place is easily accessible and centrally located. We had a family function at Renai and had booked rooms as part of the same. All the staff members were helpful in the smooth conduct of the function and catering to all the guests.

The best accommodation in kochi, excellent hospitality and friendly staffs. Have sufficient car parking and very hygienic rooms and halls. If someone is looking for a safe &homely stay in kochi, interested in tasting Kerala’s verities of traditional cuisine then there is none other than Renai cochin. Their team work to keep up the quality and high standard is much appreciable!!!!
