The staff were well mannered , polite and very helping…..
Customer service was of the highest standard. Room service was lightening quick even in the peak season time when we stayed from 24th to 26 dec . Good speed free Wifi was very useful.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. I appreciated (and tried) all the food options available - from a late night snack in the very trendy lounge, to a meal at the adjoining cafe and a special dinner at the restaurant. I loved the rotating dishes available at the breakfast buffet and made to order eggs. For my first time to explore South Indian food, it was great. Everything was well-labeled and a wonderful opportunity to try lots of new things. The food was great every time. The rooms very comfortable and it was near lots to explore. A really amazing place to start a journey in India.

We stayed 6 nights at this hotel. The hotel is located within walking distance to the shopping district, many restaurants and a park. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted with our getting a ride in a rickshaw to the waterfront. Housekeeping anticipated our needs and provided extra supplies as needed. The food at breakfast was outstanding!

We had a official meeting at the Avenue Regent on the 12th & 13th of August. Just about when the meeting was to start the Manager Mr. Rajeeven came and pushed the Podium on which my Laptop was placed for the presentation which caused the laptop to fall (its a rs.95000 worth dell Inspiron 2 in one) when we informed the hotel management, the Sales Manager Mr. Prejith mentioned that they need 24 hrs to resolve the issue in a rude and Nasty tone.the next day a new guy Mr. Tony was sent. They just royally played around, making me walk from one person to the other. It would cost me about 30k to fix the laptop and these set of useless ppl came back to me at 5 pm in the evening of the 13th and told me that nothing can be done. This is the worst management that I have ever seen.

Stayed there for 2 Nights in July 2019 for delivering a digital marketing seminar. The hotel is centrally located on a upscale road of Kochi. The rooms were big and nice. Food served in Restro was tasty and served by professional staff. Buffet spread was great enough with wide range to choose from.
Over all a great hotel in the Business District of city.

Stayed one night as a couple to catch a flight the next day. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to autorickshaws and taxis. MG road is the main shopping area so just walk and there are the shops and restaurants.
The rooms are very clean and spacious. Well maintained.
Breakfast is good with local items. Dont miss the appams and chicken or veg stew. Dinner was good with choices from the limited A La Cart menu. We settled for the local fare.Although they have a good buffet for dinner.
The bar Mezzo is good and the snacks there are nice. Drinks are excessively priced as with all bars in stared hotels in Kerala so cant escape that. Restaurants outside dont serve alcohol. To a tourist it seems there is part prohibition in Kerala.
The hotel staff are welcoming and kind. Very helpful for local information. Prompt check in and check out.

I just had a wonderful six-night stay at Avenue Regent Hotel in Kochi, and I can't recommend it enough! My experience began smoothly with an easy booking process from Bahrain, thanks to Dinu, who was incredibly helpful and responsive.
Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the early check-in! The service was amazing from the start, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food at the hotel was exceptional—worth every penny! We enjoyed the delicious variety offered, indulging almost daily at Cocoa Tree, the hotel's attached café. Their menu never disappointed!
The lounge below radiated excellent vibes, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's central location was ideal for traveling to various attractions around Kochi, making our adventures hassle-free.

We selected the hotel because of its location on MG Road in the heart of Kochi. We found a modern hotel with old-world service. Every detail was carefully managed by the staff, including the twist of lime I preferred in my drinks. The hotel stay includes a breakfast buffet with traditional Kerala dishes and Western options.

Reached very late ( past midnight) on a rainy night. The car dropped me in front of the hotel and had to walk in the flooded front portion to the reception. I realized that they have a car park entrance on the other side and the concierge didn’t bother to tell when I was struggling with my luggage!
Got an upgrade and check in was smooth. Large room - with living area and large bedroom.
Room needs some good carpet maintenance and deep cleaning. Other than that, room was great.
Breakfast - standard indian spread was good. Very pleasant staff.

Lets start with the positives. Breakfast while modest in terms of spread had amazing Kerala snacks. The appam and veg cashew onion and coconut stew was superb. Crisp medu wada. Even the chicken stew. The highlight of the hotel. They were accommodating and allowed extended check out when we had a problem. The dinner was also great (although it was for a function and hence a buffet). There seems to be a happening pub sort of place in the lobby which we didn't check out. Seemed quite buzzing though. The rooms are big and comfortable but with a rustic or polls school charm. We didn't want for anything. The parking is valet. No real views as such except for the cityscape around the hotel. Next to the metro.

Yes, it has got suite room, but if you go for executive club room with city view, then also it is big in size (unless you specifically want to stay in a suite).
