My family and I, including my brother, Dr. Roshan, MD, recently stayed at The Radisson Blu for two nights and three days. The hotel’s location is ideal, being centrally situated near key attractions. The area also offers a variety of dining options, allowing guests to explore different cuisines easily.
Given the excellent service, cleanliness, and prime location, we found our stay at The Radisson blu, kochi to be truly worth the money. It is a pocket-friendly option without compromising on quality. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Rooms very clean - we were upgraded to business room. Beds and bedding very confortable - we could see sun rise from our bedroom which was on 18th floor. Breakfast had selection of many different dishes and was very tasty although being on gluten free diet due to celiac condition could not eat much - staff were very helpful in providing me with biscuits and crackers and had idly and omelette which was made to perfection. All the staff are very polite friendly and attentive and the staff Mr. Delvin was too helpful.

I chose Radisson Blu due to its easy reachability from my destination in North Alleppey where I was travelling to with family. There wasn’t much time for thought when I chose this hotel.
We walked in on 21St Jan 2022 for a day’s stay without a prior reservation. Nipson at the front office was extremely attentive to our requirements, flexible and went the extra mile to show us the different options. He ensured we checked into the business class room. Special appreciation for his attitude towards guests. A word of thanks to the duty manager who allowed the flexibility in customizing the package - a gesture that’s extremely important at times when the hospitality industry is struggling to survive.
The rooms and bathroom were sparkling clean. All amenities were in place. Housekeeping staff were willing to assist when we needed help.
The dinner and breakfast buffet were very good. The food vouchers that came with the package were a welcome surprise, little things that really matter and weren’t overlooked by the staff. We weren’t aware, but they informed us the details. Roshan Chhetri and Anamika in the restaurant were helpful and their service enhanced the dining experience. One thing that was disappointing is they insist on making the payment for dinner even before going to the restaurant. I never received a proper bill for the buffet dinner. I already made the full payment for my room at check-in; my card details were noted down & other payments could have been easily loaded to the room. Noting down the card details after getting full payment for the room is also something that could be avoided. One can pay cash & circumvent this process. Buffet breakfast at 6:30 A.M is a real help to all those who are planning to travel in the morning.

Had a wonderful lunch at keshia Restaurant and good variety of foods are there to try, I had tried the kerala thali Meals with fish fry as add on the meal was awesome, Restaurant was well cleaned, Mr.Sidharh recommended the thali Meals and it was worth. Mr. Charls the restaurant manager was helped to explain the food. The hotel was located on town and the metro and local shops were available nearby.

Had a great lunch at Keshia Restaurant, which has a nice selection of food to sample. The Kerala Thaali Meals with fish fry were a great addition to the meal, and the restaurant was spotless. Mr. Sidharh suggested the thali Meals, and it was a worthwhile recommendation. The restaurant manager, Mr. Charls, received assistance in explaining the menu. The hotel was situated in the town center, close to the metro and neighborhood stores. The restaurant has a lovely fresh atmosphere and new style. I thought there were more active counters and a larger buffet spread. The entire staff is really friendly and supportive.

The rooms are bare minimum, not worth 5000 rupees I felt very claustrophobic in the room, tv placed in awkward position. Food was horrible. We ordered veg Biriyani and noodles for inroom dining, couldn’t eat it. We had to go to restaurant green spoon to get some decent food. Breakfast was tasteless , veg and non-veg food close to each other, again claustrophobic with lots of people and furniture for the space available. Staff cleaned plates with the same hands and served with the same hands, I almost puked looking at
