This is a business (class) hotel in the heart of the city of Ernakulam on the banks of the backwaters of Kerala. The furnishings are pleasing to the eye, i would describe them as nouveau-Indian, rather than a poor imitation of the western style. What sets this hotel apart, as you can see from its high rankings and praises from the guests, is the courteous service offered by staff at all stations. One night at dinner, a well experienced ex-katara, Qatar, employee was in charge and everything was done perfectly. I enjoyed the breakfast, being partial to kerala cuisine, and the dinner was more of a fusion cuisine with Kerala delights. The compassionate caring GM may be the reason for the smooth flowing service at all levels at this hotel in the heart of the city I was privileged to be present at the entertainment presented by the staff for the enjoyment of all the staff in celebration of Onam. Travancore Court has talent! traditional dances, contemporary and classical songs.. it was good to enjoy this private space of the staff…

We loooove this place. Although it's under renovation it dud not impact our stay on bit. The room was spotless and ultra modern. Ilunlike other hotels thosone looks EXACTLY like the photos its promotes. The manager and indeed every member of staff made it extra special though. They were so lovely. Highly recommend

Last time wen i wrote a review about travancore palace, it had a different face..now it has come up with a total difference in outlook, shape and service level.. Renovation is still going on.i can say in the last phase..it has gone a major refurbishment and the rooms have come out just wonderful..the interiors are of top quality and the beds are luxurious..the pillows are soft and the linens are perfect for a soothing sleep..the washrooms have been made ultra modern with luxurious outlook..i had visited each nook and corner of the property..the new restaurant which is getting completed would be the talk of the town..the service level again..is getting better day by day..Mr. Balram as always sees that you are treated like a king..he is really an asset to the group..Ms. Neelima ..a very professional executive who is too customer oriented ...no wonder she uses all her experience for customer service...chef kannan takes care of ur culinery requirements..Surprisingly as per my knowledge..the hotel is owned by our superstar..lalettan..he gets into each detail of the new development happening..i feel that he should open more properties so that we could enjoy such warm hospitality..your team is too good laletta....…

It was a try as I could not find rooms at hotel where I normally stay in Ernakulam. But I can say it was a perfect one we got. This hotel was linked with superstar Mohanlal! After stay I believe it’s owned by him as everywhere there is Ashirwad Cinemas promo! I did this booking directly to the hotel. Where they have provided complete details on time, in fact they Told me that hotel is undergoing a major renovation but it won’t affect guest rather all guest rooms were renovated to meet all modern amenities. Another surprise was the price they offered that was substantially lower than the famous booking sites. It was 7 members, 3 rooms, with breakfast it was lowest price may be 2500 Lower than famous booking sites. Mr. Raymond, manager of the property was so pleasant over the phone and provided best package for me. The check in was so pleasant and easy, and rooms were quite spacious with excellent facilities. It has iP TV with no issues to access any channels, mini fridge, excellent bathroom facilities with toiletries. The beds and linen were smooth and clean. Room had kettle, RO water, coffee,tea, milk powders etc in sufficient quantities. No glitches as such anywhere when we had a issue in one of the bathrooms of a room, they apologise and offers to change the room as they could not rectify it. The food was good, with few kerala dishes, North Indian, etc were served in buffets breakfast. May be parking is an issue as there were limited space! But I will still recommend this hotel for the comfort they offered for this guest, the location may look tricky but believe me it’s in walkable distance from MG road. I will definitely consider this property for my future stays in Ernakulam.…

I stayed over here with my family (Me, Wife, Son and Daughter) on 13th Feb and 17th Feb 2023. I must stay that my stay over here is very pleasant and memorable. Rooms are very neat and clean. Staff is also very supportive. House cleaning also done on time whenever requested. This hotel is at the heart of the city and all locations are very near by. Thank you so much. Very good service and this set the bar for the rest of my vacation. Our rooms were upgraded to suites as complimentary and it was amazing. View from the hotel room seeing the ships was so refreshing from the concrete jungle.

This was my fourth stay at Travancore court and we always love to come back here. Great ambience and awesome staff. The new renovated rooms are state of art. The buffet breakfast served is great in taste All the items served had the authentic taste of Kerala. The linen used in the rooms was of great quality. The bathrooms are neat and clean. 24 hours of hot water supply added to the comfort level. Over all a very satisfying and enjoyable stay. I would personally rate the experience as five star.

This is a business hotel par excellence with attentive staff and manager. Good hearty tasty breakfast and a chef who belts out Kerala food fit for the Royal Court. Rooms are large and comfortable. There is work going on but It did not bother me much. A hotel is the comfort and the human interactions of the staff. You will not be disappointed. As any one can see, all the reviews give very high marks (an occasional disgruntled ones) and well travelled people know how to interpret good experiences portrayed in these reviews. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in town for business or in transit to other tourist destinations. The manager who is Kiwi trained and with years of Hospitality experience is a gem of a professional who goes out of the way to accommodate the guests.
