We chose Mercy because it was the closest to the VFS Schengen Office; in fact, just across the road but unfortunately there was a divider which made the crossing difficult. We had close to 4-star comfort at a very modest tariff. The food was very good, better than even at many other more expensive places, and the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We will choose Mercy again!

Stayed here 10 days. Excellent service, though faced a few problems in the beginning. They were all ironed out. Good housekeeping, clean laundry. Well looked after by Akhila and Maggie. Very cooperative restaurant staff, right from the FB manager - Mr Pillai, Mr Teenu, the chef and the waiters. Served food according to my dietary restrictions. Room was clean, though some maintenance is recommended.

Below average cleanliness. Please dont lift the blankets and loom at the mattress, you’ll thank me later. 3k per night for this hotel is a joke. Food is below average. Ate popcorn chicken on the rooftop and got food positioned. Rooms are ok but lack maintenance. The good days are behind for the hotel.

Very helpful, efficient, Second time .easy check in and friendly staff. The room was spacious with comfortable bed, with clean sheets . washroom was clean & spacious Located little bit inside from the main road and close to shipyard Good spread of Breakfast . my wify not worked , i am not sure it is free or not . i enjoyed with my mobile data

Its a good hotel. Rooms are quite spacious and staff attitude is very professional. The food quality is extremely good. We had to rush back in the evening and asked them to prepare some items for dinner. Within 15 minutes they prepared very tasty and healthy food at reasonable price. Property is bit old, but for the price you pay its a good value for money.

we stayed more than a week and the hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean and the food was great. I will recommenend this fabulous hotel and stay again the next time. If you want something else to eat you can eat in the streets in front of the hotel.

The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. The food was good. Everyone told us that we would get sick because of the food but that didn’t happen. Everything was very good prepared. I want to recommend this hotel to everyone going to Kerala.

We spent a week at the Mercy on 3rd floor. Room service and service generally was very good, even got help with finding a good tailor,a massage, and a backwater tour. All clean, spacious, comfy bed, quiet, and a decent buffet breakfast in the somewhat drab downstairs restaurant. Mini bar not good, as the fridge goes off when leaving room. Other facilities A1, just don't go to the hairdresser downstairs. Chinese restaurant next door also very good. At 3000 rps/night, very decent.

We stayed 3 nights at the beginning of our 2 week holiday. The hotel was fantastic, all staff were very friendly and would do anything to accommodate us. The food was great. We enjoyed socialising in the bar where the staff were also great and very friendly. I would recommend this fabulous hotel and stay again the next time I travel to India.

The Mercy Hotel has a great rooftop restaurant on the 6th floor, with tables laid around a midsized swimming pool. The lawn upon which the tables are laid add a natural touch to the space. The best time to visit should be after dark, for the view around the hotel is great. The service is good and they serve beer and food at decent prices. One advice would be to choose one of the tables under the roof, if its looking likely to rain, coz it did heavily when we went. Overall a nice place for an evening beer 😋
