Very friendly staff, loved the waffles for breakfast. We had a bit of trouble with our first room but they fixed everything pretty fast. Love the look of the rooms. We loved the price of the rooms, and will def return.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The good location(I-95 and I395), quiet and clean & spacious room. The free continental breakfast(5am-10am) was great, serving waffles in a big dining hall. Wifi worked very well. This place was perfect for my needs.

This place is very nice and quaint. Rooms are great, pretty good size, good bathroom, includes a mini fridge and microwave, lots of channels on the tv. Lobby has a fabulous wildlife display! Breakfast is amazing! I recommend making waffles and adding homemade blueberry sauce! It's to die for!! Best hotel I've been to so far!

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast and convenient parking made the motel an incredible bargain at $50 a night. I almost didn't stay because the cost was so low, yet the stay was very pleasant. Only went with four stars because the room were dated but it was in good repair. This place is a hidden gem in Brewer, just...

We picked this hotel based on its website. The staff was friendly and the breakfast and breakfast room was excellent. The rooms were comfortable, but we never could get anyone to fix the burned out light bulb in the ceiling. We were only there two nights. We wanted to stay at their sister Hotel downtown, but family problems prevented us...

Everything was just fine. The vacationland employees were a little nervous about the black people in the group. Asked them not to sit in certain areas outside. I am not sure what they were afraid of. The group is always very professional.

I love to stay in the annex as the rooms seem bigger and more modern to me. The room is always clean and the staff cant do enough for you! No matter the time of day or night they are smiling and do their best to be sure you are comfortable. Even the maintenance man told us to be sure...

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. It is well priced, the rooms are clean and affordable. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Has a great free breakfast of waffles and Maine blueberry jam! Has an outside sitting area to enjoy the beautiful fresh air and sunshine. Highly recommended.

A good room for the money at this location, given the constraints I had: (1) Room for 5 people; (2) Dog friendly. There were very few other options I could find that had this. Staff are helpful, complimentary breakfast offering is good for no extra charge, historical setting in the breakfast room is a nice touch.

The strip-mall location can be a bit disconcerting when one arrives, but the rooms are clean and comfortable and the Staff very accommodating. No question that some updates are required to the rooms, but just look past the small issues. This is an affordable and easy stay. Plus there is an excellent breakfast on site, with very thoughtful choices, including...
