We had a great stay at Fisherman's Wharf Inn. It was great to have a balcony with a front view of the harbor - we watched all the boats coming in and out. Coffee on the balcony in the early morning watching the sun come up was peaceful and quiet. Close & easy to walk to all the little stores...

Older hotel right on the harbor but very well maintained. Bathroom small but not an issue. Could see whole harbor and out to ocean from our third floor room. Staff was outstanding. Free Breakfast was more than adwequate and view from dining room outstanding. Center of town just outside hotel door. Coud walk to everything. Free poarking too.

A nice cosy room partly overlooking the harbour and boats tied up just below our balcony. Very scenic. Happy hour 3.30pm until 5.30pm. Staff very friendl. Lovely little town. Help yourself breakfast, bacon, sausage, eggs, etc as much as you can eat!

I want to say that the staff at the Inn were excellent. Michell and Trish were very sincere and accommodating to my sister and I for the night. Our room very clean and the bed superior for comfort. Both women are at the top of any scale for kindness and professionalism.

We spent another two weeks in Maine at the Fisherman's Wharf Inn. I have to say that there is a nice improvement over last year. Ramsey Lafayette of the Lafayette group who bought the Inn a few years ago has really come into his own. The improvements he has made to the hotel are fantastic. It is clean well run...

Still thinking about the wonderful time I had at this place. Though a 50's/60's type accommodation it was clean and had all I needed. Location was excellent. I had a room with a balcony and the harbor view was so serene. Very quiet too. The best part though was the inclusive breakfast. Deb presides over the dining room and she...

My husband had Maine lobster several times a few years ago on business trips from Australia to the USA. He promised to bring me back one day to try it for myself. I can honestly say I was not diss appointed! Sweet, succulent and fresh, the lobster sandwich at Fisherman's Wharf Inn did not disappoint. The waitress was lovely also.

I found the hotel service excellent from check in to check out. The staff were very friendly and helpful, no issues with parking, the location and view was fantastic, The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant food was very good. The waitress was rude to start with but seemed to try to make up...

Quintessential New England. Old property but very clean. The front staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. They could not have been more friendly. Our room was right over the water with a full view. Beautiful. The rooms could use updating and the tubs new caulking but overall very clean and comfortable. Price is a bargain!

The front desk person was very nice but her professionalism does not make up for the lack of parking, the cat pee smell in the room, the outdated room, a supposed harborview that is a boat parked practically in your door, the radio blasting from the kitchen. The room is through the breakfast room and on the wharf....it's even crooked....

Karen, I'm so sorry for your negative experience. I hope you received my correspondence outside of Tripadvisor warmly. The room is currently under renovation and the kitchen has been spoken to about the radio. I wish you the best this holiday season and a happy New Year. Cheers, Ramsey
