The cottages are adorable and fully stocked, clean and just about perfect. We were in cottage no5, a one bedroom with 2 queen beds, a front porch, a closed-in porch, a combination dining-room/living room, a full bath and the cutest most functional kitchen with a dishwasher. Just perfect. Quiet, serene, the beach is great and when the tide goes out,...

We stayed two nights in one of the motel rooms which was almost in the middle of the motel. We had a wonderful view of the bay. Truthfully, the room was somewhat shabby and in my book clean goes a long way to my comfort. The carpets were noticeably stained in several places with what looked to be dried, cola...

This was the third hotel of the stay and just a few hours’ drive from our previous night’s lodgings in Wells. The front of house staff was very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Cabins and rooms were available; we had a room which was large with excellent facilities and a very comfortable bed. The room opened on to...

Stopped here while traveling the Maine coast. Very nice lady checked us in. We had a room on the strip of rooms near the highway. It appeared to have been recently updated. The bathroom seemed small with tiny shelves, but did have blow dryer and a tiny shampoo and body wash. The bed was horrible - springy when turning over...

Spent two nights. The overnight rooms have a porch on the back with a great ocean view. Unfortunately the front faces US 1 and the traffic noise was bothersome. The room was dated but very clean. We had a very comfortable king bed and the TV was a newer bigger screen digital with Time Warner cable. The three issues which...

We stayed at Colonial Gables for 2 nights and were quite pleased with our cabin (11). It had a kitchenette, as well stocked with the utensils needed, plates, glasses, etc. The weather and a family emergency caused us to leave early but the hotel was very nice. The staff (Mary) at the front desk was efficient, helpful and all round...

We stayed one night while traveling the Maine coast. We were in the motel building on the road. This building has been renovated and upgraded. The bathroom is modern but the hot water takes a long time to warm up. The beds are average with some spring sounds when turning over. The walls are paper thin and you can hear...

I've stayed here twice in the last year and I can't wait to go back. Reasonable rate, ocean within a two minute walk, with a small beach and fire pit. The cottages are clean and have all amenities including free wifi. I recently stayed elsewhere in belfast and I regretted it! Best bang for your buck.

Our beautiful cabin was set back off the road far enough to imagine that you are in the middle of nowhere with the seashore just a 100 yards walk away. A walk along the beach collecting shells and uniquely shaped driftwood and your dog (if you have one) playing in the rock pools chasing crabs is just the thing to...

My wife and I stayed 4 nights in cottage nr 23. What a cute romantic place that is. When you look out of the windows you see the green grass and farther on sailing boats pasing by. Sitting on the deck with something to drink, you feel so good. The interior has a wonderful King bed and a kitchenette that...
