The hotel was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and juices were always available. The lounge had a relaxing fireplace. The hot tub, pool, and sauna were a nice added touch. I look forward to returning!

Fantastic Conference Room. Great Staff!! Wonderful view of the Bay, can walk right up to the water. Lounge area is huge and cozy, seemed to be the hangout place for guests. Everyone was so helpful, we will be back.

Clean room, great view, good breakfast and gracious and attentive staff! Close to good restaurants and places to watch the ocean and relax.Plenty to do rain or shine and close to museums for nautical knowledge.

My room location was near the pool and hot tub for easy accessibility. My room was also quiet, warm and cozy. It had a beautiful look at of the sunset over the ocean bay as seen in the picture. Excellent customer service

Comfortable, friendly service, and appreciate pet friendly rooms. Rates are reasonable and room fridges allowed us to take a few special items for our breakfast that aren’t available in the basic breakfast room. Location is quite convenient to Belfast and surrounding area. One improvement would be a vehicle level 2 charger

This is the third time we have stayed and keep returning. The rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and efficient. The breakfast is very good. There is no maid service every day, but there is a system which allows you to ask for anything you may need in your room. We never had to ask for something twice. The view from every room is just beautiful, we have been here in May, August and November. Thank you.

Great location in Belfast overlooking the water. clean hotel with indoor pool, hot tub & sauna. Beds were comfortable. nice continental breakfast. Only downside is the walls are thin & you can hear neighbors in next room. good spot to spend a night or two.

we found the hotel staff very helpful and a relief to speak with. The breakfast was self service and easy to use, besides being very good. The pool and facilities were clean and a relief to use. The rooms were wonderful, the view spectacular. We are looking forward to returning this Spring , dogs loved it, staff loved the dogs.

Thing was very good nice and clean the pool was very enjoyable I'm a big breakfast person I was hoping for a little bit more but it was fine it got me through just very little of pic from being a diabetic

The room was spacious and very pleasant. It had plenty of outlets for the three of us to handle all our needed technology. The service was great and the continental breakfast was well supplied. There were 3 microwave machines that were necessary to handle all the guests.
