We were so excited to get a great room rate at the Isle of Capri, only to be told when we arrived that we would be staying in the "Inn". We didn't know there was another building and were not in the casino. It smelled of smoke and the room wasn't very clean at all. We felt we were misled--very...

I was very disappointed in our room. I think Motel 6 would have been a better choice. No microwave, no frig. We averaged 1$150.00 p/night taxes taxes and all, but the accommodations were way below par. My wife even was bitten by mosquitoes or bugs, not really sure. Sheets had stains. carpet was well worn..The bathroom was probably the nicest...

As soon as you walk in the front door there is an overwhelming smell of smoke. The rooms a terrible as well, the ceiling fan nearly wobbled off the ceiling when turned up last low. I do not recommend staying at the Inn.

The rooms in the other tower may be better, but this one is very disappointing. Carpet is gross. All of the amenities are in the other tower, quite a hike away, and if I want to know what they are I have to look them up online as there is no info about them here. I guess I expected a...

Room was clean at 1st appearance, the carpets extremely filty! Only reason this went unnoticed when we 1st walked in was b/c we checked in pretty late! The Air Conditioner worked wonderful & house keeping staff very nice. My friend and I both woke up unable to breath and were unsure why, until I checked the vents in the bathroom...

The rooms at the Inn at the Isle are usually pretty clean and very convenient to Lake Charles. We usually ask for a room near the end of the hall, away from the noise of the elevators. When we have asked for a king bed room, the rooms we were given have a door to each adjacent room. We prefer...

First we were severely misled about what room we would be getting we were told the towers with the jacuzzi facing the ocean. Instead we got a dirty room at the inn without proper A/C. I requested to cancel and just find a better hotel, was told there'd be a 50 dollar cancellation fee. Called corporate just to be told I...

Not as nice as the tower but it was free so we really could not complain. The carpet was really stained and dirty. Bed was really comfy though, bath room really small but the size of the room was pretty big. Would stay here again but would much rather stay at the tower.

My husband and I have traveled a lot and this hotel was the absolute filthiest hotel I have ever seen. The floors were so dirty that I wanted to vomit. There was an inch of dirt on the ceiling and the bathtub hadn't been cleaned in a very long time.I would have left if it wasn't a three hour drive...

We got the room comped by a friend for a Mardi Gras ball. Wouldn't stay here again even if it was free again. The ceiling fan was so loud there was no way to sleep through it. But had to leave it on because the a/c couldn't get the room lower than 72. There was a dripping sound all night...
