Stayed here for one night at the end of our tour. Arrived on a camel cart led by a band with the villagers turned out to wave to us! The palace is definitely a bit faded but the setting and rooms were fantastic. We were treated to an evening banquet with dancers and entertainers which was wonderful and a great... More

Stayed here for one night at the end of our Golden Triangle tour and I think we all would have welcomed the opportunity of staying longer! The staff were warm and welcoming and the rooms were absolutely amazing. I think all of us had rooms on the upper floors and everyone was more than pleased with them. Everything about this... More

Arrived through a typical Indian village, to a palace, a hidden jewel, like stepping back in time to the 1920/30s. The room we had was bigger than our flat! The view from our balcony was of hills, with forts at various heights. One could imagine soldiers in these forts carrying out their duties. Had afternoon tea, a lovely meal outside... More

The property is beautiful...and one actually feels like doing nothing but lazing around. Such is the royal charm of this place! However, there is some scope of improvement in terms of the in-house activities that could be planned for the resident guests. While the food is good, with some dishes absolutely delicious, there is still some improvement in the selections... More

It has been a year since we visited this hidden jewel in the desert and have since visited thrice! It is a tranquil, serene and a very picturesque place to unwind. The rooms are very spacious, the food is great and the staff make you want to return to this beautiful location again and again. The Manager Mr. Tripathiji ensures... More

Pls drop your plan if already made. Good: only place is good, good rooms, good surroundings. Sad: manager and Owner, no values at all, forget royalty and service. Basics are missing. Worst: staff and food and service Breakfast will Spoil Your day ... Lunch will be bad, dinner sad

My fiance and I had wanted a small, simple wedding ceremony which would be attended by our immediate family only and while searching for off beat locations in Rajasthan, we zeroed in on this beautiful heritage place. From the point of first contact, what impressed us was their prompt response, hospitality and simplicity. The owners Mrs. Singh and the manager... More

We arrived here on Christmas eve a few years ago - directly from the airport in Delhi. Easy and charming drive. Gorgeous well-lit palace in the middle of nowhere. Amazingly warm welcome - the entire team was waiting for us outside for a traditional welcome ceremony. We were sad we couldn't spend more than a night here as it was... More
