excellent services, The check out lady was very friendly and she was the same one that checked me out as well. The breakfast was good. I would recommend this location to others who are traveling in the region
This hotel lacks in appearance. Lobby and elevator was dirty. No room service. Shortage of linens! Poor continental breakfast. I would make this a last choice. Location isn’t too bad. 15 minutes from downtown and a Walmart across the street.
The woman who checked us in was extremely rude to us and her coworker. The air conditioner didn't get cold at all we even had it on high. They didn't refill the breakfast area when we let them know, we came to breakfast at 8:30am.
I was given the wrong check in time and had to wait 2 hours. The room was nasty, hadn't been cleaned and when it was cleaned the shower curtain smelled like a combination of pee and mildew. Not what I expected from the Wyndham. One night was more than enough for us.
The carpets need to be cleaned you can feel dirt and grim on your feet. The linens need to be exchanged out. One of the blankets had red nail polish. I know that the staff was able to see that, yet they still put it on the bed.
This place could use a good deep cleaning & some renovations. Terrible musty/cigarette smell as soon as u walk in. Outlets do not work, most of the ice/vending machines do not work, tub was disgusting & very stained carpet. Management is not much help if you have an issue when I spoke to him he was sitting outside smoking a cigarette & would not even put the cig out to discuss a problem I had with his staff being unprofessional & screaming in front of guest. All he said was he looked at cameras & that it was between the employees & none of my business. The place has potential but until they get new management or train their employees properly I dont see it getting any better.
A great location, amenities, excellent staff and clean rooms. A good nights sleep indeed. Stephanie was such a great hostess and made us truly welcomed. Price and location of hotel was excellent. I would stay again.
The stay was very comfortable. I enjoyed the room. The desk clerk made our stay comfortable after the flare up of desk clerk the two days before. The breakfast was not good. Some of the items were missing.
Nice people. The rooms seemed to be quickly cleaned in saying that I mean the bed sheets are changed as well as the towels. Surfaces and mirrors not wiped down. The elevator smells of mildew, The staff was very polite though.
We arrived to the hotel around 10:30 p.m. after driving 6 hours. We were tired and ready to check in! We walked to the front doors and they were locked. No one was at the desk. We called repeatedly with no answer. After twenty minutes, a car came screeching into the parking lot. A frantic women gets out of the car and starts running towards the door. She’s yelling, “Are you walk-ins? We’re booked! I’m starving and haven’t eaten all day!” We let her know we’re an existing booking, having booked our room well in advance. Her behavior felt manic to say the least. She unlocked the door and took off towards to an area behind the desk that wasn’t visible to us. After a few minutes she comes out, sweating profusely. She’s talking a mile a minute. Telling us there is a famous person staying at the hotel and she’s been alone all day. She asks our name, which we have to slowly relay three times. She hammers her fingers onto the computer and just keeps saying no. She asked what room we booked. We told her a room with two doubles, to which she again responds no. We tell her we’ll take a king. We’re exhausted and just need to get to a room. She then says, “Nope!” With a smirk, she says, “we’ve got nothing!” I explain to her how we have no other options, it’s late, and we’re in a city we know nothing about. Can she please help us? She says, “let me see what I can do.” At this time, a man walks into the lobby. She screams at him, “was that door locked?!” She takes off running around the desk and to doors. She starts wildly slamming them again and and again. I ask her if we could please get back to our issue, as it’s looking like we might not have a place to stay tonight. She screams at me that she’s already told me they’re booked and she has nothing and her safety matters. Looks like our safety didn’t matter to her. We immediately left after her rage continued. She was definitely on drugs & out of her mind. I’ve never seen anything like this in my entire life. The worst part of it all, the hotel still charged us, even though we never stepped foot into a room.…
